My name is Jerry. I live in the USA in the state of Arkansas, specifically within 15 minutes of the headquarters of Walmart. I feel like I have been born out of season. I am 67 years old and have chosen to redefine myself and hopefully learn how to market new skills within our ever-changing world. My wife is Patsy. We have three sons and six grandchildren. I have invested 40 years of learning and understanding the biblical record as to its authenticity. It has been a journey that has been well worth my time and effort. Now in the twilight years of life, I have become interested in just how the blockchain works and its relationship to cryptocurrencies. I bought my first Bitcoins in January 2017. That year showed me the potential of the crypto market. Unfortunately, I did not possess the wisdom of knowing how to work it to my advantage. Trying to compare Bitcoin with the stock market was like comparing bull riding with chess! In just one week I have gained more knowledge in why I got into cryptos than my previous 4 years as a crypto investor. Now the FUN begins!!!

My name is Tyler, I’m 41 years old and hail from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. My background is in Electrical Engineering, specifically in the handheld electronics (Blackberry) and automotive industries. Day one is today for blockchain development! Been investing since yesterday lol, thought about mining waaay earlier (2014ish) but that ship has sailed! We have pretty cheap electricity here too, effword! So far so good with the course, looking forward to learning everything! Looking to develop blockchain tech in some new exciting areas here in Canada and strike it rich! My name is Sarah Beckum. I live in Auburn, Alabama in the U.S. I work at Auburn University in Auburn.
My husband introduced me to the Bitcoin, blockchain technology and I am highly interested and excited to be learning about such an amazing technology.
I am married with one child. We have quite a family with three dogs and two chickens, hoping to get more chickens soon.
My background is a little different than many Americans. My father was in the Navy and my mother was French. I have lived in many countries outside the U.S. and thoroughly enjoy traveling. I am a confirmed foodie and am always trying to learn new dishes from countries all around the world. I enjoy hiking, camping, yoga, swimming, quilting, and making other forms of art.
I am looking forward to getting to know you all and am super excited about this new journey!!!

my name is Fabian, located in Austria and new to this forum
I started with ETH mining a couple of years ago. It did not take long time, until I realized the amazing potential of this technology. Don’t have any idea about programming yet, just some html basics, but this is at least 15 years ago.
Don’t remember when I saw the first Ivan on Tech video, but it’s more than a year ago now. Thank’s Ivan for creating such a unique platform! (YouTube & Academy).
I start with Blockchain & Bitcoin 101 course. I’m not completely new to crypto, so there may be some Information I already picked up somewhere. But I’m sure there are many many new things for me.
what else … I like many different kinds of music with a focus on electronic music. I’m a little bit out of practice speaking/reading/writing english, so this is also an opportunity for me to improve it 
So, I’m not in a hurry and try to learn step-by-step.
Looking forward to interact with the community

Greetings from Vancouver BC Canada. I live in a small town called Cloverdale about a 15-minute drive to the USA border. My background is front end coding for marketing projects such as landers and some YouTube video. I’ve been doing some crypto trading and love the rush on the 5M frame. Most of my coding work has been self taught. I feel like I’ve come a long way but need some structure and resources to move to the next level.
I’m also a musician and since the recent ‘EEEW germs are yucky’ panic am a renewed fitness fanatic.
Really pumped and can’t wait to jump right into the training.
