My name is sabastein. I’ve been interested in crypto since around 2018 but didn’t do much about it until I started watching Ivan. I look forward to meeting and discussing with like minded people as well as from the academy. I’ve know about crypto since around 2014 but never payed much attention until 2018. I was recently laid off due to covid and it gave me a lot of time to research into crypto as well as find Ivan. I like to believe everything happens for a reason and I will grow from this experience. I mostly stayed away during the first bull run but in early 2020 I really got into crypto. I am completely fascinated with this space. I work in the payments industry here in San Diego, CA. My name is Joe. I am a full stack software developer in the USA. My present main languages are java, javascript, and python. On the front end my specialty right now is Angular all though I see that React seems to be the popular front end for blockchain right now. I think that blockchain is the future and want to get in on the ground floor. Have taken a few solidity courses in Udemy but this program seems to be more complete and up to date. I came into Bitcoin from a monetary perspective. I have been an investor in gold since 2005 and when Bitcoin came around it was a big deal in the gold bug community (a lot of contention). I have been investing in and studying Bitcoin since 2017. I recently signed up to the Academy to learn more about the technical aspects of Bitcoin from the great Ivan and his team.
