I completed my first course this evening and about to make a start on Blockchain and Bitcoin 101.
Looking forward to building my knowledge and learning some key skills to enable me to get out of the 9-5 job.

Hello hello! My name is Alexsei and I have been a cryptomaniac since 2012 when I tried to buy Bitcoin @ $3 CAD by mailing cash (just before the first ATH of > $100). The guy I sent the money too claimed they never received it and I didn’t get my insanely undervalued assets, nevertheless I did not let that stop me. I became madly passionate about the concept of blockchain and the fundamentals of money. When I learned that all our “real money” was just fiat I saw that cryptocurrencies would be the next great move and transfer of wealth. Now it’s time to put my money where my mouth is and add more notches to my crypto-knowledge belt!

Hi Guys, I’m from London Its a pleasure to be here really looking forward to changing my career to full-time crypto, from the retail industry.
I’m sure I will need a lot of guidance so please forgive me if I post stupid questions in the chat.
I got into crypto late 2017 and made some amazing gains in trading and ico’s but it all came tumbling down like a house of cards because the foundation wasn’t there so I lost most it.
So this why I’ve enrolled to educate myself in programming, Glad I made the decision onwards and upwards.

Hi Ivan, I have a finance background and took c,c++ and js back in college, but never had a chance to use it professionally. I do not have a degree but previously held series 7,63, 66, 3, 34 licenses TDAmeritrade and Thinkorswim. The most recent program experience I had that was work related was supporting thinkscript. scripting language design for technical analysis and automated trading within the ThinkOrSwim Trading platform. Certainly, no problem! I’m pretty new myself, fortunately working from home has allowed me to really dive into these courses. It’s been challenging at times, a notebook is always by my side to write things down and I’ve had to pause videos and google things quite a bit and this has all been absolutely worth it. I love this academy. Other members interacting with my homework posts has been a very motivating factor, so I figure saying hello to everyone through hitting the “heart” button is the very least I can do to contribute. Thanks!

Hello all,
My name is Simon. I’m from the UK originally, but currently living in Bangkok.
I’ve worked in the Tourist Industry for over 30 years, although unfortunately, and like so many others, I recently lost my job. I intend to stay in Bangkok for the time being - it’s a far safer place and a lot more fun than other alternatives.
My interest in Crypto started back in 2017 after watching Bitcoin climb to its giddy heights.
I bought some overpriced Litecoin, opened my first wallet and became hooked from then on in (albeit not so much with my LTC investment!).
I understand the principles of Bitcoin and the future advantages of blockchain technology, but I do need to understand more of the fundamentals, and now I have the time to do so!
I’m not entirely sure if for me, programming or developing is the right way forward but certainly, I wish to understand it and who knows?
I’m very much looking forward to this challenge and to learn. I also look forward to corresponding with you lot too!
