Hi, my name is Cian and I am from Ireland.
Currently, I’m working as a Front End Software Engineer for a company in Dublin, Ireland. My work here mainly involves working with Vue.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
I’ve been investing in crypto for a few years now, and I’ve got to the stage of wanting to build things with the underlying technology. I’ve enrolled in the academy to give me the focus and support I need to steer my efforts in this direction.
I enjoy cycling, going to the gym, developing websites, web applications and reading about technology in my spare time.

Hello Ivan, and fellow academy members. My name is Jesse and I’ve been interested and investing in cryptocurrency and blockchain projects since October of 2017. It was the mega bull run then that pulled me in but throughout 2018 and 2019 I learned as much as I could about the space from a general perspective. It wasn’t until this pandemic we are all facing now that I decided that I wanted to learn how to become a programmer for the space. I know blockchain is the future and I want to create as strong a foundation as I can as well as start developing my own applications within the crypto space. Perhaps even find full time work within the industry. Love the idea of working remotely.

. I found out about Bitcoin in 2013, once the Cyprus banking crisis unfolded and started mining at home, using ASIC miners until 2015. My background is in Forex, Fintech. I am here to sharpen my skills would like to learn and practice programming to expand my role in the crypto-industry.

I’ve always said to my self that i should try to wrap my head around it, but i honestly did not know where to start and get all the information as a new kid on the block - until i found this GEM as Ivan truly is! Hello Ivan, everyone, my name is Mark and I’m from Canada. My professional interests are in media, games, advertising architecture and design. This is a fantastic learning tool and hopefully I’ll be able to apply the knowledge gained to my industries. I have been following bitcoins and blockchain now for some time and have wanting to learn more. It’s very evident there is potential of even more disruptive technology to come in the near future as new concepts and application will be discovered utilizing blockchain as a foundation. I would like to be a part of it. My short term goals are to be able to “talk shop” about the tech in regards to my interests.
My long term goal is to gain technical knowledge and place it under the “creative lens” of ideation.

I’m originally from Poland, where I graduated from computer science at Wroclaw University of Technology.
I’ve been working in the web industry since 2006. Completed various projects in a few areas:
- e-commerce
- fin-tech
- air lines
Currently, working on comparison site.
I’d like to expand my skills beyond the regular web stack and learn about the practical blockchain applications.
A programming language I know best it JavaScript (both client and server side). I wrote plenty of tools in it. Feel free to ping me with any question you might have.
Apart from my job, I’m also learning about investing. Kicked-off my journey in 2017, after buying first stocks. I noticed how many problem the current monetary system carries, and it pushed me towards learning about blockchain. And… here we are!

Well,I’m John, from Luxembourg, and i’m following Ivan’s youtube videos for a while now. I’ll find it very instructive, entertaining, with serious content, and want to learn more about crypto and blockchain as i’m a big fan of Tech. I took the course because i believe we can start something new (project, start up, carreer,etc) here in Luxembourg which crypto and blockchain is still unknown.
Actually i’m unemployed as i sold my business (bar/hotel) just before all this pandemic crisis. Can tell i’m very lucky, but as we say “luck has no memory”. The post-crisis on this “area” could be very risky into starting again a new project. Maybe time for a reconvertion!! 
I want to help also the community and want to thank you in advance for all the support i can get here.
