Hey there,

My name is Steve. I have been in the crypto space since 2017. I have many passions but the one that brought me to crypto and the brilliance of blockchain tech is the ability to change the world for the better and give people more say in the way they want to live their lives.

I live in the USA and am currently in leadership for a private company, WL Gore. I love sports and movement in general, my favorite being parkour.

I’m excited to learn to program and see where I can plug myself into this technology and make a difference!

I was interested in starting a new career, and when the coronavirus pandemic began it gave me a push to start learning new marketable skills and set me on a path to start a new career. Good morning (at least her in Alaska),

My name is Dave, I am a lifelong Alaskan with a wife and two little ones. I am a part time enthusiast of Crypto and crypto investing, though I am hoping to replace my income with Crypto investing. My main job right now is as a Finance technician for the Air National Guard.

As I said, I have lived in Alaska my whole life and live in its biggest city Anchorage. I love to ski (cross country and downhill), snowmachine, hike, run, work on my house, and generally play games and have fun outside.

I hope that I can provide some good value to all who I interact with here, and thank you Ivan On Tech for doing what you do on YouTube and on creating the Academy. I have just joined and hope to be benefiting from your teaching very soon. Have a great day!!!

Hi Ivan,
My name is Andy and I live in Perth Australia. My passion is to save energy and build energy smart homes. In fact I believe that this planet would have far less problems if we could reduce our energy consumption. I love designing and building smart energy efficient homes that have many functions. Places where people feel safe, a healthy environment and where it does not cost a fortune to run a zero energy home. I also feel, if through and incentive’s programs, where people will be credited because they save energy they maybe pay less rent or get free health advice [how to eat properly or free gym sessions through yoga/pilatis, or other self help programs] we would not only save energy but also save lots of money in health system costs etc.
I wonder if with smart blockchain technology one could develop a world where the carbon foot print will be reduced and through many insentivised programes people could be motivated to be again in charge of their environment. If everybody reduces just a little of their own energy consumption, we would no longer require nuclear or coal power stations. If we could build so smart that every used material will not only be a structural element but will produce energy and when its life span is over it can be easily recycled and integrated into new product development. I feel through a collaborative world community we can achieve this in a decentralized way and in a way that reaches everybody and insentivises anybody to participate as by creating a positive contribution, this will be rewarded with crypto currency, which in turn this earned currency could support other projects.

I’m Donnie. I live in the USA, 55, have a wife, two boys (16 years old, and 18 years old) and about four years ago returned to the US after living in Latin America for fifteen years. I’m still trying to figure out what’s next. As everyone knows, the US economy has been paralyzed, and the only hope to of a comfortable life going forward includes being part of a new paradigm. I am Nityam from Austin TX. I am a software developer and working as FullStack Java developer. I came across one of Ivan’s interview on YouTube and man his passion and work inspired me. I am interested in developing Blockchain apps like BlockFi/Celsius for India and I feel its a big billion dollar untapped market. Hi all, I’m Jo and I live in Belgium. i’m a service engineer and i love sports, gaming and crypto obviously :wink:
I heard about bitcoin early 2014-2015 but its only in 2017 that I read into it after a colleague told me he did an investment. I’m hooked since then and now i want learn as much as possible about crypto and blockchain.
I tried to accumulate my sats by trading but so far not much success. i want to do something active with blockchain.

Hi, My name is Alex, I’m from California. My main source of income is driving a Semi Truck accross the country, very popular thing to do for a lot of Russians here in the US. I got into Bitcoin before it was $400, but that was for buying things on silk road … :slight_smile: That was a long time ago, I’m sure I have some BTC in my old Electrum wallet that I can’t access, but I don’t loose any sleep over it.
I recently learned a lot about Fiat, Fractional Reserves, Unlimited Quantitative Easing etc.
Now I’m ready to take my education a step forward towards progression.
Very happy and excited to be here.
