I have a terrible habit of sleeping until the last minute before getting up and rushing out the door. It seems so necessary in the morning to lay there for as long as possible, but I know that I could do many things instead of sleeping in to set myself up for a better day. I would love to be able to get up 30 min earlier and read a daily investing email, read a book, or workout.
One change I can make in my life might be to get certified in blockchain to reduce my need to make money quickly and take the time to think of what really mattersrather than what puts food on the table.
I could start each day with 20 minutes of exercise.
In order to take care of my long term health right at the start of each morning.
Cut back on doordash delivery and cook more meals thus taking instant gratification (meal shows up at door) and moving to delayed gratification taking the time cook the entire meal.
I have started reading more, and learning more skillsets. I would love to add working out again into the mix.
I should figure out well structured routine to my life with studying, exercising, eating and sleeping. At the moment my actions are merely connected to the high time preference âwhat a good greasy meal, nice to sleep till 12am, more video games and some nonsence than studying and exercisingâ. These actions will backfire me in the future if not changed.
If I stopped eating delicious fatty foods that gave me an instant rush of dopamine of which gives me gratification, I could delay the excusive intake of calories absorbed into my body and be grateful for a more slimmer/healthier me.
Going to work every day with the bike instead of the train or car; itâs sometimes difficult to find motivation, but in the long run it is definitely good for the wallet and physical condition.
Going back to school to learn more about Cryptocurrency and development. At first, I could benefit from the new knowledge to advance my career and annual income. However, my goal is to contribute to many projects that will elevate the human condition of our community
Health is wealth they sayâŚand I did some meditation some few years back and saw how it improved my whole being by spending an hour a day doing thatâŚbut lately I havenât been doing that. Time to get back on it again.
Set up an automatic transfer from your main account to your saving account on the day you receive your paycheck. This forces you to manage with the necessary left funds and hence cannot spend money on unnecessary things. Then you need to invest wisely in order to create more wealth in the future.
=> Reduce instant gratification (spend now on things you donât necessarily need) to delayed gratification (create more wealth so you spend later on necessary needs).
I could organize better y sleep time, sometimes I waste time with my phone and the next day its so hard to get up in the morning.
I have to devote more time to learning and less to social media.
I should dedicate more to study than working right now, so I can have a better financial situation later on.
finding a more planned schudule and sticking to it,more sleep and fitness for better health
I would educate myself every day off, not be at the same place next year.
Sleep less in the evening and start going to the gym.
As for me personally, I would try to save a portion of my income (preferably at least 10%) every month consistently and spend my time learning about blockchain as well as learning blockchain-related programming to ready myself for the future web 3.0 revolution.
If I checked all of my messages, emails, newsfeeds etc. only once a day or even every two days, as opposed to multiple times a day, I would save much lifetime since I could browse everything far more quickly because many items become irrelevant if not immediately read and/or responded to. I would let people know my new habits, and tell them to just give me a call if something really important shows up.
I could spend a hour a day learning more about Bitcoin instead of watching pointless videos.
