Activity Lesson 2

I got a perfect one I was recently in a VERY long relationship that was somewhat extremely toxic once I got more aware of it but let me tell you yes there was a instant gratitude at the beginning but i realized if out she goes id be able to focus and advance and put ALOT MORE EFFORT on Ivan’s on tech Moralis Academy. instant gratification was i felt “good blindly in love as they say” but the delayed gratification was i got to work more on what I needed to achieve and that was Becoming a Moralis Mage and finishing my courses

Stop scrolling through social media when it’s time to sleep and get some extra rest.

One habit change I could make is to reduce my consumption of fast food per week and invest the money I would’ve spent into crypto.

Changes I would make to improve my life:

Spend at least an hour a day learning or practicing how to code
Workout at least 3 times per week
Read at least an hour per day

I could switch 10’ phone time (Facebook, Twitter, Games, etc.) before bed with reading a book … about finance !

Eating less unhealthy food and drinks like fastfood and beer to feel better in shape, getting up like 30 earlier to have a daily check and last but not least walk at least 20min per day which in long term will make a big difference.

Finding a sound money like Bitcoin to store ones wealth in. Since I have found out about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, I’ve been reluctant to buy clothing and have subsequently worn the same shirt to parties the past 5 years

Really start to learn control my spending g impulses on hyper interests. But that’s one of the toughest ones to break…

I could be programming 20-40 hours a week on top of my part time job. More programming courses, and exercises would make me a better coder, and I’d be able to work on the projects I truly want because the gained knowledge will pay off.

I have taken stock of all areas of my life recently, however the relationship aspect is lacking due to being extremely introverted. I need to push myself more and step out of my own little comfort bubble, and foster new relationships with individuals who are also pushing themselves to grow in all areas as well.

Exercise 5 more minutes each day. Small increase that leads to a large payoff over time.

Take a shorter break at the end of the working day and spend half an hour moving forward with this great course.

financial - Be more thankful
diet - Be more disciplined
exercise - Push harder
relationships - Put in more effort
education - Spend more time

I’ve always been frugal. I always think about things that I want and whether it is a “want” or a “need”. I tend to splurge more on food and eating out.
So, That would be what I can work on. Making my food at home more often and eat out less. Make do with what I got.

I am big procrastinator (it helps to not be a contagious spender) and also I am not a planner; which let me not have a long committed personal goals;
I also realized that I should be more consistent in my sleeping time; otherwise the next day activities fall off the cliff.
I started working in daily plan to set my day; so this is my basic new habits to do as consistent as i can:

  1. sleep on time 10pm
  2. repeat myself the long term goal: Selected 22 courses to complete from moralis academy - goal is to finish in 14 weeks and land in a new job around crypto and blockchain architect.
  3. do at least 2 things in the day that make me achieve my goal (forum answers and readings  )
  4. join local networkiing

btw: I quit my job this year to completely dedicate time to a career change. I was able to save money following my own Morgan Housel “build wealth is what i didn’t spend in 20 years”; but oh boy! inflation is decreasing my savings just with basic needs. BTC please hurry UP!

Work out instead of playing video games.

Seems like a lot of people are saying this as well, but when my alarm goes off - get up and get moving. The snooze does no good and you start your day with a small loss to the comfort of your bed. Starting the day with a small mental win always ends up paying off even though some days it is hard to do. Over time building the habit and will to do this will bring delayed gratification of having stronger will power over your mind.

If you have not read the Miracle Morning book by Hal Elrod it is a game changer. Starting the day off right one day at a time, consistently and with a routine will lead to more fulfillment and achievement over time!

I guess having a few minutes of my time daily to have some sort of physical exercise would be great for me in the long run.

Stop purchaing $5 coffee when i drive to work and put $25 a week into my savings fund. I can make the coffee at home and have before i leave the house.
I can walk and exercise each day to tomorrow daniel has lost weight and has more energy and is healthier.

Workout so I feel better, feel better I have more energy, have more energy so I get things done quicker.
