Taking more short breaks when I am learning new things. I catch myself getting stuck and spending too much time focusing in one place, when my time would better be spent getting up and moving around for a minute to refresh.
Get up 40 min earlier in the morning and get the workout out of my way faster.

I would spare some time for workouts and outdoor exploration instead of using the time browsing some useless posts/photos on social media for short-term gratification during the morning.
I could automate a food delivery service instead of eating out everyday, thus reducing my food expenses and dedicate this budget to do other things in life.
For me I would definitely stop using social media only for emergencies and actually instead put that time into learning a new skill that would help grow my potential in the long term.
I can change how I eat, especially after I exercise. I would rather save the gains I make from working out by proper eating then âcashing inâ for a fast food meal. Doing so would help me feel better not only physically, but also financially.
Right now my daily routine looks something like this: I wake up make breakfast, learn academy, go workout, play video games and in the evening I drive to my girlfriend. The video games are ofcourse instant gratification so in order to achieve delayed gratification I should play 1-2 hours less video games and concentrate on the academy in order to get crypto knowledge faster and become a cryptogod!

Waking up earlier and going for a run and jump in the waterhole to feel refreshed, rather than waking up an hour late. Replace bored snack eating with going for a run, skate or bike ride.

Probably, spend time educating myself more about cryptos so that in the long term, it may be a more rewarding experience rather than rush ahead. This actually feels right although I am a bit of a do it properly without rushing type of guy - which brings me to my next point at work; and a similar concept I push for as well:
Deadlines go to the bin - do it slowly and properly.
In general, I donât think I need to make a change though⌠maybe âdrive slowerâ works better for me lol.
I could spend less time entertaining and more time investing in my own education.
I should study and work more, instead of spending half of my freetime to videogames and watching youtube videos.
Spending less time sleeping and watching TV and gyming and learning instead would be instant gratification and the long term results will be more rewarding than the present.
