Activity Lesson 2

Wait, This isn’t the “Matrix” where I can just plug-in and have doctorate level knowledge in 10 seconds?

It has taken me many years to realize I need to take the time to learn and gain an education. Yes, I am ready to take the Many steps to knowing one at a time.

I am taking these classes and spacing them out so I can have time to digest them, rather than binge and finish it in a weekend like watching Netflix. Definitely ready to learn.

Spend more time on education and less time on recreational activities.

Spend less time and money on Amazon. That would give me more money to invest in crypto and more time to finish this training.

financial : I could manage my money on a routine based way using the jar system
diet : I could exercise will power and restraints from eating bread every day sometimes twice a day
exercise : I could get my morning rituals back online and be disciplined with it again.
education : I could build daily consistency with what I am focused on and learn to say no to other stuff till I finish one thing.

Instead of going to a fancy restaurant, taking the time to cook a nice dinner. Money saved, knowledge gained.

I should reduce the amount of sugar intake. E.g. by defining one day of the week, where I am allowed to have cake, ice cream or sugary drink. I’m really slim, but reducing sugar intake also has a very positive effect on overall health, and lets you be more awake with even energy levels, since insulin messes with energy levels.

I want to work on thriftiness in relation to my financial habit of spending every money l come across. I want to start saving 10% of every income l get. I hope this will help me to stop spending all the money or more than l make.

My overtime rates at work have increased quite substantially so I’m planning to work a least 1 extra shift per pay period. With this extra fiat currency I plan to increase my wealth with Bitcoin.

For the last 3 years I’ve been fasting between 18-24 hours each day. I’ve learned to control my impulses and take my time on making decisions. Plus the fitness and health benefits are great!

Instead of playing video games whenever I’m bored, I can do a workout or focus on learning and use that time more wisely instead.

By giving up mundane activities during my day such as social media, watching pointless media like these bloody nuisance YouTube shorts that you end up in a hole with. I’m sure I’m not the only one with that issue lol, including mindless scrolling through websites and news articles with no purpose besides procrastinating just to achieve that short-lived instant hit of dopamine giving me a sense of instant gratification only to immediately regret it when I finally break the cycle.

By changing those short term aspects for time management and upskilling this would ultimately serve me well for my future having invested that time in myself over the short to medium term allowing me to make more money for my time spent in the future rather than just wasting it for no outcome whatsoever other than regret over the short term.

Checking my phone less will give me more time focusing on task and increase productivity.

I do alot of good things but one thing I would like to do is volunteer on my rare day or 2 off rather than rest.

Every other day I ought to run the 7km near my home, at my own pace, without expecting a ripped set of abs within a week. I also ought to stick to my 16/8 fasting routine and quitting alcohol.

The change I propose is to work less and study more. To accomplish this i am going to set study goals, and i will not let my work interfere or be an excuse with regards to the completion of the IOT courses.

I often have bad time management and waste time watching YouTube or TV so I have learned to organize my schedule and cut out the things that don’t need to be. I now spend the time doing more Ivan on tech academy and working towards becoming a blockchain developer.

For me it’s working out for 15 minutes daily for future homer

I would have to say getting up earlier to make sure I get some time in to study IOT!

I need to journal more. This gives me a better vantage point on my behavior/ thought processes

With discipline we can achieve all of the above proposed aspects of our life. Recently I have been focusing mostly on my diet, step by step I changed some eating habits that were not good for my health. So e.g. I eat less carbs. I loved to eat pasta (instant gratification of my tongue & stomach), but I’d rather choose some vegetables & proteins instead, especially in the evening (delayed gratification of my digestive tract, my flow of energy & weight control). We can achieve many things but we have to give ourselves good reasons to, sometimes it’s circumstances that bring us doing changes too.
