Activity Lesson 2

The temptation of discounted bentoboxes at Japanese supermarkets

I have a habit of going to the supermarket after work and buying discounted bento boxes.
The carbohydrates in these discounted bento boxes sold in Japanese supermarkets are pretty high.

I need to go home and cook for the weekdays and allow myself to eat out during the weekends.

Instead of just writing down my actions for my day, allocate a time and amount of time to them and stick to those parameters. For example: record YouTube video, go to gym. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t. Practicing consistency when life is challenging, not just went it going very well.

I oversleep almost every day, I always tell myself I’m gonna wake up at 6 am and end up waking up at 7:30, getting up and also sleeping earlier would help me a lot.

I wind up eating more when my wife is more loving in preparing food. When she doesn’t cook at all I have a set amount. When she “slaves” in the kitchen at irregular hours and suddenly cooks several snacks and meals after I had just eaten… it’s a hard choice between appreciating her sacrifice by eating what she made versus taking a nice hot plate of delicious food and just throwing it in the fridge/the dog/or other options. I need to fast more often, and then if she cooks, I will still be hungry if a “cooking” event transpires.

Just the same as many here, I am trying to manage my crypto gains thus far,(also hopefully those to come as well), in order to maximize residual income and reduce significantly the time spent away from family and friends. It is a slow process that requires a longer time frame, but I am confident my future self will thank me.

Spend less. Buy more assets that increase wealth than spend on consumables

I was sleeping late and working out less. Due to lockdown, it has made me really lazy and I lost my enthusiasm towards things. i have been trying to fix my sleeping pattern and try to be more active.

I think there are a few examples, but in essence the aggregation of many small activities that yield a tangible outcome in the future. Take for example brushing ones teeth a few minutes a day that cascade over time to good dental health. Or for example putting ones savings away in the form of purchasing gold coins or digital assets like Bitcoin that stores value over time in an asset class that builds value over time.

I Could go to the gym for 30 min a day. Then I will have more energy to complete my dally activities.

How to start:

  • Sleep one earlier each day - so wake up one hour earlier aswell
  • Drink less beer on weekends
  • Read at least 30 min each day
  • Commit to invest every month/week same amount on BTC / ETH follow DCA (Dollar Cost Average) method .
  • meditate 10 minutes per day

Well , I supposed to choose one and start with , get the habit and continue with another one

I should go to bed earlier so i can wake up earlier be in the better mood and be more productive.

Eat eggs 2 to 3 times a week versus every day lol.

I have always loved the power of delayed gratification and the results it brings down the learn which are often more rewarding than instant gratification. Recently I have reduced my expenditures even further to create more wiggle room to increase my investment portfolio as I dollar cost average into various crypto and non-crypto assets that I feel will be here for the long haul. Whilst I have immediate needs like buying some new gadgets and other ‘cool’ things I do realize that making this sacrifice now will be worth millions of these things in decades to come and would ensure true generational wealth.

Every time I exercise, I eat a lot as a treat…I felt identified with the reading article. Those food treats for doing exercise are the responsible for not getting better weight!

spend less money on useless things and better put that money into bitcoin every month.

Start investing surplus money into crypto instead of spending it on restaurants etc. Cutting out all not really necessary subscriptions (Netflix etc) in order to invest that money

If I could wake up early in the morning, I would get more time in my hands for the day and I could complete more tasks rather than sit around overthinking and procrastinating.

Reducing time spent on social media, for the IOT academy

My time management is pretty poor. I need to kill sleep and learn more.
I also need to cut down on my monthly spending especially on things that are not absolutely necessary.

Rather than going to bars and nightclubs and spending time and money trying to seduce women I could work on my physique, confidence and wealth so that the Lady’s would chase me… :sunglasses:
