Activity Lesson 2

Well for starters I need to start sticking to what I say I am going to do. Instead of saying it and not taking any action towards it. Fear is something that crumbles me and overcomes me because of the unknown. So I would want to do fear setting and just start tackling my demons and taking immediate action towards my goals to improve my overall, wealth, health, spiritual, etc. Been too passive lately and I tend to get too comfortable with my surrounding environment, and end up not staying committed to my goals. I don’t challenge myself enough. So I would start each morning getting up early and tackling one fear at a time, and then the next, etc.

I would like to be more disciplined with diet and exercise.
Also, I need to remember to invest in myself more than just always looking for the latest and greatest Crypto.

To fast 1 day a week, for at least 3 months. Mondays it is!
(started yesterday).

I would definitely go to bed several hours earlier and get up and be productive. It’s just that i’ve always been a night person and have had a hard time just to get my routines straight. Having only had night/evening jobs and a long relationship with a bartender hasn’t helped  And now as an unemployed its really easy to just spend my evenings in the Academy and studying far into the night. But i’ll definitely try to get better at this, and it has been my goal for a while now to get up each and every morning and be productive like i said. The “delayed gratification” of doing things that are good for me and that makes me proud of myself sure beats the instant “gratification” i can get from staying up all night. (Even though i actually do love that.)

A healthy new habit would be this:
Workout instead of watching videos about cryptocurrency and trading just for fun.
Healty and costs-saving!

same here! i spent a large percentage of the BTC i own for this because i intend to maximize the things that are truely worth something to me. My time and my knowledge.

Less memes/youtube and more sleep

Smoking weed! Maybe …

I could reduce the amount of time I spend watching youtube videos, plan my weekly study time more efficiently which would provide more quality time to be present with my partner.

Set aside 1 hour a night after work for studying new material. Example would be Block chain technology.

I play guitar and when learning songs I can usually learn a basic version of the song very quickly. My instinct is usually to accept that and hope that I will iron out any rough parts over time. When I finally spend the proper amount of time to master the song the results are night and day.

One habit I have is to jump into buying things for excitement or instant gratification because they seem like a good deal or what I want, without fully enquiring into their practicality for me and researching their benefit to my life properly, after the initial buzz I often wish I had considered the longer term effect on me or others. My lesson is check things out fully before jumping in or jumping to conclusions.

Spend less time on my phone, thus I am not being advertised at, thus I do not feel like I need a new X. Instead I look around at what I already have and see if that is sufficient.

Money - I started to address and imbalance last year and am continuing, which is that I was more focussed on money generation yet had not attended to multiplying and preserving money through investments

  1. always review yearly on bills for better deal. Replace brands with non brand alternative in foods
  2. save 10% per month of income in a vehicle [diversified portfolio of real world assets]
  3. purchased financial education to learn how money works so I can utilise it better for generational wealth building

Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).

I do exercise twice a week and know that this habit will not help me in building muscles but I procrastinate. I should follow health lifestyle by changing my habits like eating right and following regular exercise schedule in order to build muscles and staying fit.
