I could reduce the amount of time I spend on the phone before going to bed and instead of using my phone I could read more.

Rather than fishing at the lake behind my house, I could walk to the lake a few miles away, which would reduce the instant gratification of more fishing time but provide more delayed gratification in the form of exercise.

Stop using automatic spelling correction. This feature saves time but you won’t be able to spell simplest word in the future without it.

To stop hitting snooze in exchange for waking up earlier and walk when I get up.

Or invest your money now and hodl for rewards later.

I know that I could benefit from getting up a half hour earlier to do a fasted-cardio walk and enhance my metabolism. Sleeping in seems to be the common factor among users here, lets get up and get it!

I could reduce the time I invest playing videogames and instead use it to finish my courses at the Ivan on Tech Accademy :stuck_out_tongue:

A change that I could make to one of my habits would be exercising 30 minutes a day, rather than scrolling on social media (average spent time during my day). Instant gratification comes from commodity, whereas delayed gratification comes with a lot of short and log term benefits (better sleep, better posture, looking good as well, train of self-discipline).

I reduce 40 minutes using mobile and instead of that I spend time for gym or walking.

I am going to set a plan every evening for the next day. Wake up time, studying (Ivan on Tech ) time, Exersise plan, Diet plan, Working(I am working from home) rest/fun … etc. This way you I will know exactly what to do and save a lots of time being organised. Simply will write it down an follow the next day!

Reduce amount spent on unhealthy relationships and focus on those relationships that seem to be far more mutual and beneficial to both people. Rushing into relations for instance can blindside you, however establishing what a healthy relationship is overtime can help you see through what may be a façade.

Stop ordering food or eating outside (I have a thing for junk food), buy food weelky or monthly and cook instead. Even learn more cooking skills and study more about orgnanic foods and stuff to make that habit way stronger and healthier than the current one.

i would do less Altcoin research and chart analysis and use this time to spend it more on the academy here!^^

I apparently have many bad habits that can / should be changed. The gym portion of the previous lesson makes total sense about instant gratification without guilt.

I personally have a really tough time with a “want” vs a “need” and I could do much better in life by slapping myself when I confuse the two.

A very good example to change my instant gratification is to not buy the new truck I am looking at! I don’t “need” it, but I really want it! Another simple change would be to make a protein shake right after the gym so that I don’t just jump into whatever junk is handy and waste my workout. I am terrible about getting too hungry and eating what is handy right after the gym.

I can change in better my sleeping behavior , i go to sleep very sleep and the next day in the morning i am very tired and i can not focus focus on the important decisions of that day because of fatigue. So i must to decrease the sleep time and to increase my brain restfulness.

I could be vigilant in going to bed earlier instead of bingeing some show. This would lead me to wake up earlier which could, in turn, could be a catalyst for better daily habits.

Sometimes when I am learning on the Ivan on tech academy I have open graphs on the second screen. It could be very disturbing because you are not focused enough on the content you are studying. I am working on it to be present at the things I do.
