Following a healthier sleep schedule. I always want to do more in a day than I have time for and I often end up sacrificing sleep. However, it eventually ends up backfiring because I am not as productive the following day as I would have been if I’d simply gone to bed earlier.

always carry a water bottle as to avoid spending money on beverages as well as maintain better health. win-win

Less binging and more Ivan on Tech academy :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I would spend less time watching tv. More time studying at academy. Make money so I can go to movies or Disney Land.

Could watch less TV in the evening and instead of that do some more lessons on my courses to improve my knowledge!

One thing that I have recently changed is waking up an hour early to prepare better for my day which makes me more productive with my business in the long run. I would rather be lazy and sleep in but that was just short term gratification and I was less productive at my business.

I listen to music daily to help me cope with everyday stresses but it has an impact on my productivity because I spend a lot of time taking unnecessary breaks to listen to a few songs and get my mind off things. If I reduce the time I spend listening to music I can spend more time on getting important things done quicker. For example advancing in these courses so that I’m able to apply for a Job in Blockchain or learning more about investing so that I can increase my net worth.

Reading! It always seems that I don’t ā€˜have time’ to read. There is so much that I want to do and learn, that I’m sure I get less done due to lack of focus. I find myself constantly skimming articles of various different topics, sort of trying to be a jack of all trades all the while never really mastering one. The very act of grabbing a book, and sitting down for an hour just forcing myself to read that and do nothing else I believe will bring me benefits.
