I need to set a goal of doing my daily meditation, whenever I do this I feel more positive in every aspect of life.
Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
I cannot complete this assignment because I have had low time preference since I was a child. If I know how to reduce my expenses, I do it. I had a monthly allowance of $100 when I was a child, and after a few years I had $3000 in the bank. I only wish I had used the money to buy silver, and later used the money left-over from college to buy bitcoin. I had my first full-time job in the USA last year (I moved overseas before due to unemployment), and doubled my savings after 1 year.
The only thing I could think of now that I could do would be to buy only raw veggies and meat and cook all meals myself. But I’m busy, and the extra cooking time would reduce the time I have for work and study. I do often eat very simple meals like only cereal or a beagle with peanutbutter and an apple.
After work, I usually sit on my couch with my girlfriend and watch stupid tv series on Netflix. I should get rid of this habit and do something useful instead, like doubling the amount of time I spend in this academy per day.
I don’t spend much time on Netflix but should spend even less and sleep in earlier than I normally do which would lead to earlier start of the day where I would achieve a bit more.
I hope you listen to your own advice
We can all do with a bit of humour
Buy Ethereum and lock it in a smart contract wit a 5 year release date so i wont spend it
I could keep the assets I buy for a longer period of time rather than flipping it after a couple of months.
Play less at the playstation for more time into crypto

I pay for a monthly car wash membership, I could wash my own car.
Ivan on Tech is a great example - instead of spending time, money, and effort on things like tv or lotto tickets, I am actively investing in furthering myself and hopefully my career. Since it is a self paced class it really demonstrates how you get out what you put in
In principle, I could drink less than one bottle of wine a day for twenty pounds, one every two days. That would save me £ 300 a month and spend it on sex with a nice girl. That would be a good cardio stimulation and I would live longer. In turn, this would allow me to do more useful and necessary things while I am still alive !!!
One of my habits is to sit and play xbox games for hours on end, they give me small quick bursts of stimulation that I never get bored of. Well done MS! I’ve switched my xbox off and started improving my own skillset by learning.
One change is to bio-hack my brain in which I become more efficient in understanding systems so when I create a new system it’s already efficient and just needs tinkering. Also this allows me to be more unbiased and think logically which intern would make life easier.
Will probably commit an additional 1hr each day to learn and understand more about Blockchain technology and how to build true wealth with related digital assets than investing my hard-earned funds on crypto platforms and schemes that end up scamming out and resulting in colossal losses. Will certainly return to Blockchain businesses and investments when I’m done with my education. Wish me luck
I should take more time to educate myself in Blockchain Courses than rather watch Crypto Youtube Content and start my own Youtube Channel to educate People and start my own business.
Read 30 minutes every day instead of 30 minutes browsing IG/FB/WA
Relationship: Instead of going to my phone to check the market first thing outta bed I will spend more time connecting with people around me in the morning.
I would put my money straight into savings so that i could satisfy my future self and feel more good about saving money than I would end up feeling if I spend the money and it’s gone
The last 10 years, I tended to spend too much time reading sports news and then I get too tired to focus on programming, or serious administrative work. A bit of discipline in this regard would surely make me more productive.
