i should work out (exercise) more and eat less.

I stopped playing Rise of Kingdom… I have uninstalled the app… to focus more on studying in Ivan on Tech Academy… to learn more about crypto and hopefully become a successful developer one day. :sunglasses:

I would propose that I cut out red meats, chips, candy and junk food, and replace that with Eating salads, fruits and veggies. I would be trading the instant gratification of eating these products for the low time preference of the healthy changes I would see in my life in the future, if I stay doing that. Trade off of high time preference for a low time preference

I’ll stay in the small space low rent location I’m at now, instead of moving to a larger apartment/house and sinking 90% of my income into paying bills.

I think I can retake the habit of waking up early so my day could accommodate more activities and therefore I can achieve more things in a single day.

To ditch bad existing habit/s, a new habit must be implemented: As for me, that would be spending only 30 mins on Social Media daily. :sweat_smile:

Instead of buying fast food or junk food, I could put that money into bitcoin as a delayed gratification of saving my money for the future and also it would help my physical body feel better as less junk is going into it which will take time for my body to feel the difference and be healthier for delayed gratification.

I will go to bed earlier and wake up earlier to do at lease 30 min of extra studying each morning.

Would be much more fun to go to a party and do 10 vodka shots tonight than staying home drinking water. But it would be much more fun to wake up tomorrow energised than waking up hungover with the corona virus.

I could spend more time in education instead of wasting this time with not relevant things.

I propose a change i could make would be to focus more time to my health and wellbeing by spending an hour of each working day spent exercising, from walking to stretching to bike riding gym weight training etc to get me away from my business needs and art making. Break up my day and get my mind away from the business moment, build my strength and mental resistance look healthier and aim to get more rest and ultimately sleep and become happier.

I do my physical exercise every morning, to keep my muscular part of the body fit.
I have changed my eating habits toward a more paleo/keto style, to improve my metabolic health.

Becase of this I anticipate less risk of heart issues and cancer development.

I work with educating teenagers, not caring for my self…
When the body got attention, the mind is craving. I found IvanOnTech! :heart_eyes: :money_mouth_face: :star_struck:

My diet needs improvement. I need to avoid the instant gratification foods like pizza, burritos and desserts and focus more on healthy eating and smaller portions. The example of exercising then eating terrible shortly afterwards applies to me perfectly.

A change I could make is to make sure that I work out Daily, even if it is going for a walk, instead of working from home, doing groceries and then just being home again in lockdown. And also to make sure that I take time daily to view the Academy instead of playing games straight after work.

I agree with much of the information in this section about fiat currency. Before I started this course I had reduced my holding in fiat currency to less than 20% of total holding. I trust much more in the monies of gold, silver and now bitcoin. Yes, I said it - I have more faith in the value of bitcoin than the U.S. dollar. I have investments that hopefully will grow but these are always a gamble and not the same as a store of value.
Changes that I need to make going forward for my future. I need to stop goofing off and invest much more time today into my education and get a better understanding of how the economy works to better position me and my lovely wife for a financially secure future out there in that tomorrow land.
PS: I do need to step back from the feed bag. I am the one who exercises, but then I eat the 4 Big Macs, a bag of Doritos, couple of snickers, topped off with a cafe latte mocha. So being that I am not spending as many calories as I am bringing in, You might say that I am getting pretty wealthy around the belt.

i work 13/14 hours a day and sleep 8 hours. mabey sleep 7 hours and study one more hour. a day

I could reduce the unhealthy food and increase time for exercising. Leading into having less time now but having more quality time in the future cause it will prolong my life.

i could cut down eating candys in oder to preserve my health and live longer.
