Activity Lesson 2

I am trying to keep the important things in life at the forefront. Time is something we cannot buy or get back. So time with family is so valuable, but I always seem to spend so much time at work :frowning:

I should brush my teeth more, exercise more, eat less shit, play less playstation and learn more programming

Try with a check-list. It helps a lot!

It will be one of my failed new yearā€™s resolutionā€¦ To stop binge watching videos and read more.

Instead of listening to crime podcasts I would rather listen to crypto podcasts to increase the long term values of the activity.

I could tax my discretionary spending into a retirement account. For instance, for every $100 I spend on something fun, I have to put aside $25 for retirement.

very good vid, thanks

Stacking sats and using defi as a savings tool is how is how I reduce my time preference. Iā€™ve made it a habit to become bankless by DCA into BTC and ETH

Eating less sugar every day.
Instead of eating sweets every day, eating them in two days. :person_in_lotus_position:

Staying home more often helps me save more money. Usually, whenever Iā€™m out Iā€™m spending money.

I really would like to build 5k run, walk or cycle(5 days a week) to my routine.

For diet I could choose to only eat certain foods some days or the week rather then just whenever.

I guess I could drop tobacco. It would allow me to invest an extra 50$/month (I am not a big smoker), capitalize on my health and eventually have a brighter future.

Iā€™ve done it with this course. Iā€™m spending some money each month with a future hope that I will receive a better return in the future.

Go to bed earlier and get up earlier so I can spend a couple hours each morning educating myself on Crypto, blockchain and changing my profession from architecture to Blockchain ANYTHING!

I personally reduced a lot the time I watch TV and spend that time to education. I enrolled the academy but also other courses and prefer to invest the time in this way. This is a reduction of time preference from instant gratification to delayed gratification and itā€™s exactly what I am suggesting others to do.

I could not judge most things by how they look and feel but rather analyse them criticallyā€¦yeah, thatā€™s a work in progress

When on a diet I have to have the willpower to not buy extra sweets, which on its own turn will save me from consuming it later and will result in my better shape in future.

Watching youtubes and facebook sucks out a lot of my time i think for instant gratification. I will spend less time on these platforms and limit it to fewer time spent to accomodate more time for education
