I’d like to avoid reading so much news and rather spend the time learning or meditating.
thank you for sharing this video it’s very helpful.
i am only 14 years old(which i’m turning 15 tomorrow) and i already started saving money .i mainly invest my money in bitcoin, ethereum ect.but before i coudn’t get my self to save any money so i made a plan to spend only a very low amount of my alowance and after a while i was saving all my money and not spending any only on special ocassions.
Instead of watching netflix movies for fun, one could do courses on Ivan on Tech. Watching the movies might be more fun on the short term, but after you finished the movie you only wasted time and did not gain anything. If you do courses on Ivan on tech, you not only have fun, but also increase your possible wealth in the future by acquiring usefull skills.
Dont buy food that taste the greatest yet.
Create a structured budget so I can only spend money I allocate for “fun money” to ensure that much of my extra income is put into secure investments
If I had to choose one habits to improve it would definitely be the habit of going to bed early. This is such an important one, it is during the night that our body recovers.
stopping all wasteful spending and investing it into hard assets
On my lunch breaks, instead of having a chat or play video games i could exercise 40 min, 10 min shower and 10 min lunch.
My beer consuming habit could be minimized to set aside some cash and buy some ETH or BTC… i’m currently stacking LINK
Instead of playing Call of Duty Warzone, now I am investing my time on IvanOnTech Academy for a better future.
this makes two of us. I kept blaming that I was busy and getting home late for bed, now i’m back hours ahead, but binge youtube crypto videos until midnight, just to get 4 hours of sleep before rejoining the rat race. This cycle of fatigue is not sustainable…
Working less at my mindless underpaying job to study more for my future self. Pain now, less income. But it will give me more time with family and more time to invest in myself.
A beneficial change to one of my bad habits will not only improve my financial situation but also improve my health. Quit smoking cigarettes. When I quit, my health will improve. When I quit i could have an excess of money to invest or save.
As the previous article mentioned, tendency to spend money as soon as you get paid rather than taking a more measured approach
Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
I should/need to go to bed earlier rather than staying up late. In the mornings I would definitely have more energy. But…… there are so many interesting things on youtube etc………. I lose track of time (and I pay for it later).
I propose taking 10 minutes every night before bed to pack my lunch for the next day. I always assume I’ll wake up early enough to throw something together and take to work with me, but I inevitably hit snooze one too many times and rush out the door every day.
By dedicating a little time in the evening before bed to prepare for the next day, I could save upwards of $10/day–> 50/week --> $2,600/year.
We will do an exercise for 60 seconds before we begin the Ivan On Tech Academy Study plan for the day.
I could be more patient with people in my personal life. Both relationships and family, I expect to much early from people when I should just be patient etc
Simply workout everyday. No matter how simple or short, to simply break a good sweat every day would be the right foundation to grow from.
