Exactly my thought. Hodl until the bull run comes and then spend!
I have watch videos about good habits like this before but I never take it to heart. Now that i see my life as an early adopter of this new industry and every second counts, I really need to take this seriously. Thank you for the video!
Try watching less entertainment based internet content for educational based content.
Lately I have been using amazon to deliver a few grocery items here and there when I could plan ahead better and get them when I actually go grocery shopping at a less expensive store.
I can spend about half an hour or so to work on my so called video project that Iâve been talking about for months everyday until I finally get it completed!
The one thing I could do is great up out of bed within the first 2 mins upon waking up. I tend to wake up and lay in bed for 10 to 20 mins reading the morning news. Sometimes I get lost in what Iâm reading and time gets away from me. At times, it can really throw off my morning.
Instead of looking for a quick money stint, Iâm more focused on finding that is fulfilling and gets me excited in the morning.
I actually just made a change - no more Ben & Jerryâs ice cream. It is expensive in dollars and my size. This change will result in more $ in my wallet and improved health.
Put small amounts of money into various Alt coins with potential instead of spending money on entertainment and then just be entertained by checking out the price of of my Alts on Coingecko.
stop going on expensive holidays/weekend trips (which is quite easy right now) and turn the currency saved into money
Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
I could not allow myself to watch videos on youtube until I have
finished all of my work that I need to do for the day.
walking up 15 mins earlier and spend this 15 mins for prayer and meditation. 15 mins more sleep would for sure make my eyes fresher and brain sharper, but 15 mins meditation would make my inner self more refreshed for the day.
I need to outsource the easy work to others, which gives me more time to work on higher paid jobs and study at the academy
I like the âgoing to bed earlierâ too⌠Should do that. And getting up earlier to exercise too.
Instead of sitting watching Netflix, i could be on Ivan on Tech Academy learning more.
I have already made the change to get up earlier and exercise, prioritize my day, I have stopped buying take out coffee and lunches and do this from home to save and invest in the things, that will give me financial freedom, the one thing, I need to focus on is cut my hours in business.
learning as much as possible on Ivan on Tech Academy and too not eat fast food too often.
I love every weekend dinning out Sushi. Since two months ago, I decided to eat only once a month or in two months only if I complete more than 60% of daily habit tracking plan I built. That reduced my spending, and more important, I got me motivated when celebrating every time I improved my 60% mark.

my goal itâs to quit smoking and do healthier choice about food, i should start exercising again as i used to and wake up earlier in order to start my day in a better way. And last but not least i would like to start saving more money to invest in my education and in crypto.
I need to cut down my habits of drinking too much coffee in the morning, I can easily go between 2-3 cups of coffee every morning and I donât even eat breakfast.
Maybe I need to change the coffee for water instead.
I recently addressed my habit of jumping from altcoin to altcoin trying to score the quick, large percentage winner. My new âhabitâ is now to DCA into Bitcoin and Ethereum as 90% of my crypto investment. Will I lose out on some big gains in the alt bull market unfolding right now? Probably, however, I donât have the funds to effectively spread around to multiple alts without exchanging BTC or ETH to do so. BTC and ETH will, in my estimation, achieve âdelayed gratificationâ as opposed to trying for quick gains.
