Activity Lesson 2

Over the last month of being back at work, I have slipped into eating out for lunch 2 to 3 times per week, and it is occasionally not as healthy or inexpensive as making and bringing my lunch.

I could say doing exercise or making the time to study are both a good example of having the discipline and encourage one self to make the necessary time and arrangements to actually do the proposed activities, with enough time in hand go trough the process and not just rush ahead and finish early and then do some other things that produce more pleasure.
by having the discipline and will to accomplish the task at hand makes you a more efficient person in order to get to the finish line.

I have a habit of cleaning up my apartment once it gets very messy. I would like to be more consistent with how often I do this.

Discontinuing eating sugary foods that give that slight high due to an insulin spike.

Already started,
after watching Ivan speak daily about the academy for a while decided to change career.
Jump from a row boat to a cruiser, STS (so to speak).
Could have continued on the old path ( i was on since 1977)
but saw the future potential and made the change.
And happy I did.

Doing something productive with my time instead of doomscrolling twitter for hours accomplishing nothing but getting angry.

I could do my DAO meditation and TaiChi exercises more often - I am currently on 2x a week.

This would result in better sleep and more energy!

  1. Committing to doing one 30 minute hiit session every day to allow for ivanontech study. No more biscuits : during tv adverts commit to stretching time

I should quit eating fast food. In the moment it feels very good eating, but on long term my health will suffer if I continue like this. This comes hand in hand with exercise. I should exercise like 3-4 times a week. The benefits of these two would be priceless in the future.

I need to scale down our house. We are rarely home and even when we are, only a fraction of the rooms are in use. The cats actively use more of the house then my family does.

Actually, I have already done that. Since 2018, I began reducing my lifestyle to have less things. I left my condo. As a short-sale, then, the Obama administration forgave people with short-sold their home due to the financial crisis. I stopped driving my BMW and took public transportation to get me to walk more often and moved to downtown LA so I could walk everywhere. I also opted for a studio instead of a one bedroom so I would not have to spend so much time cleaning and a studio was cheaper as well. Today, I moved in with my parents to save money and to not have to work as much. I walk daily for an hour and contribute with money for food, room and board and such. I could try to spend less on entertainment like Apple/Netflix subscriptions and Starbucks which I have done from time to time.

I could change how much I spend monthly, its true that I do spend much more than I save on a monthly basis, I could just let go of the sales, buying things that I really don’t need. Wealth is sure what you do not spend.

Instead of going to have a coffee with friends sitting down and practicing piano. although the practice seems like noting is getting done you notice over time that playing becomes a lot easier

This is a difficult one for me. I have a love hate relationship with time…I think I can actually hear it ticking away. If I’m in the bathroom, I have to have the computer in there playing an informative video on something. If I am watching a ballgame, I bring a project with me to the table so I can work on it in between commercials. I want the time necklace the girl had in Harry Potter so I can be doing two, three things simultaneously. I suppose I could try and enjoy just being present and focusing on one thing instead of always trying to do multiple things to maximize time.

Reducing time to spend on games, and spend more time on education at Ivanontech!!

When I quit smoking yrs back, I took that money and began to invest with it and over time I was able to accumulate more wealth. We won’t talk about what happened to that wealth after I got divorced. lol

Netflix and chill is a big thing during evenings in our home. I could however spend 1 hour less doing that, and use the time on learning and following the courses inhere. That would hopefully help me achieve my goals a bit faster.

I do need to get started on some sort of exercise as well, i used to run but these days it is too hot during daytime in southern Spain. I could cut another hour of Netflix and chill to go to bed an hour earlier, so i can get up 1 hour earlier in the mornings before it get to hot, and run. Hopefully without spending my run-gains on a big breakfast afterwards. :stuck_out_tongue:

I could make dinner at home more often, rather than eating out. Then I would spend less of what I earn.

I can save money by avoiding buying nonessential items like snacks, and cool but not useful gadgets. Spend more time in Ivan on Tech academy, and exercise so I can improve my concentration studying and get a high paying job sooner XD.
