Introduce yourself

Hi Ivan and community!
My name is Mike from Palm Beach, and I’ve been in blockchain since 2016.
I’m very excited to learn (aiming for Solidity) and contribute to be a part of this movement.
My first task here is building a registry for barcoded physical assets.

Where would you recommend I begin to learn how to accomplish this?
Thanks!
MD

Hi, my name is Renan. I am a Financial Advisor who has become obsessed with Blockchain and I am now considering a career change. I would like to learn how to code to be able to find a good paying job in the blockchain space &/or be able to freelance. I don’t have any coding experience and I’m 44 so I have a lot of questions about my career options and whether or not what I learn in this academy will give me the necessary skillset needed to find a good paying job since, I assume, no employer would recognize my completion of the courses in the Academy as enough to go on.

Would love to hear from people who have gone through the courses and landed a job.

Cheers.

My name is Aman,
I am a musician, guitar player, and guitar instructor.

Music is my passion but I love new tech as well and cryptocurrencies fascinated me for some time.
I believe Blockchain adoption is on the way, it’s the need of the hour, it’s the new internet, and the new store of value. I believe Blockchain can help the world of creative arts in an amazing way, via newer and better payment systems, and also selling your work as NFTs, it gives the power back to the artists, which hasn’t been the case for many years.

I am currently residing in Pakistan and looking forward to learning all the amazingcontent that this academy has to offer. I came into crypto from an investment point of view, but the tech fascinates me and I am really keen on learning the ins and outs of it from an aspect of a dev.

All the best everyone.

My name’s Joe. Interested in learning blockchain on a deeper level in addition to developing in the crypto/distributed ledger space. This is a fascinating and semi-new industry that is rapidly changing. To stay knowledgeable, having a good source of evolving content to learn from is a must. So far this seems to be the place for me. Well, good luck everyone on your personal crypto/blockchain journey, I wish you all the best!

Hi everyone,
I am Geochi currently living in Spain but originally from the USA. I have been investing into crypto since the beginning of 2021 and have done some web development in the past. I feel that blockchain/crypto is the needed disruptor of this system of things that WE THE PEOPLE need to contribute to, learn and invest into to not allow the Davos group and the likes to decide for us that “You (we) will own nothing and you (we) will be happy”.
Glad to join this group!!

Hi everyone, my name is L Davis and I am a newbie, but also a new affiliate for World Crypto Life, a marketing arm for a new coin, IMC, which we believe may be the next BitCoin. There are several reasons we believe this, 1: We have a brick and mortar office in Wyoming, which has more than a dozen regulations in place to accept and invite crypto start-ups to build globally. 2: We are transparent, share any and all white pages, and have a customer service department. 3: Our IM-Exchange is our own and we have lower fees, quicker trans time, and easier transition from crypto to fiate currency. Bank of America is a partner, or wire transfer is in place. G-Points are a medium used point for dollar which makes us unique and therefore no volatility. Right now IMC coins are on the exchange for around .40 to .60, but discounted through WCL for .30. You can simply invest or choose to make money through G-Points by sharing. I am sharing because I can forcast where this company is going which is straight up! I’ll leave my email here for anyone interested in learning more. [email protected]

Hi everyone.
I’m Will, a Canadian situated in Tokyo, Japan.
I’m currently planning on making a career change by learning about blockchain.
I enjoy reading about new technology, whitepapers, and learning about new updates/changes to how blockchain works.
I currently have experience doing copywriting work with crypto articles for a crypto company and am proficient in writing due to my language teaching background.

Although I have some experience with blockchain already, I have no doubt that I still have very much to learn. I look forward to learning with everyone here in the community!

Sincerely,
Will

Hello everyone!
I’m a 26 year old crypto investor from Minnesota that has over the years devoted most of my waking life to studying crypto.

I have been in bitcoin since 2012, my step dad introduced me to it back in 2010. I use to mine it while I was taking computer college classes in high school. I got serious about crypto in 2016 buying and holding for long term. In college I studied Linux administration and networking. I’ve never held a Linux administration job and I don’t plan to. I would like to understand smart contract programing better and possibly find work in that or even do my own start up and launch my own token with an ICO

Other than that I’m your typical 20 something year-old that works full time. I like heavy metal, horror movies, video games, computers and pizza.
