My background is not in software development at all, so I hope everyone in the class will be patient with me. But, don’t worry, I am a very quick study and love learning new things so I am really looking forward to this year. It’s going to be awesome learning new skills I can use in the crypto sphere.

Im a VFX Artist (Movies/Games) currently living and working in Montreal. Ive done a lot of coding in past few years, but mostly for CGI industry (C++, python, and some software specific languages like VEX, MEL, maxscript… hehe).
But I never coded anything thats not related to CGI stuff… so Im wondering how its gonna go for me

I’ve been introduced to blockchain back in 2014, and it took me long enough to seriously consider learning deeply about blockchain, so back in October 2017 my interest started raising, and as such I’ve find myself now learning more and more.
Honestly my strength isn’t coding, but I’ve learned to code back in college (10 years ago) and now I’m learning at least the basics about blockchain. My final aim is to pursue a career in Blockchain Business Development.

I started to learn to have a project based learning system with my son as I want to get him into programming at a young age and even get him into blockchain tech as early as possible.

My name is David … I’m probably one of the older members in the community but always want to learn.
I’m am independent finance business partner (contractor) in the banking sector and have a back-ground in credit and debit cards. I have researched the control exercised by central banking, organised wealth transfer and damage caused over hundreds of years by elite banking families who run the global economy behind the scenes. I’m genuinely dismayed by what I have learnt. I’m a libertarian at heart and therefore love the idea of making decentralized money under our own control actually work. That’s why I’m here on Ivan’s course … I want to look under the bonnet (hood) and understand how cyrptocurrencies actually work. I’m I complete coding newbie so initially will be probably a net taker rather than a net giver. But I’ll study hard and will give back my help to others when I can.
