I am very fascinated by the crypto community and I hope to learn as much as I can.
I only have experience in trading stocks and crypto. Other than that I like sports a lot, I like psychology and philosophy.
Hi my name is Nick and I live in Leeds in the UK.
I worked in Finance for 15 years and decided to quit my job to go travelling and to find my passion. I stumbled into cryptocurrencies a little while ago and have caught the crypto bug - and I know now I have to work in this space going forwards.
My initial goal is to help businesses invest safely in crypto and teach them how to manage their portfolios, achieve best ROIs and how to account for crypto currencies.
I would also like to learn some programming - which seems at the moment alien language to me! But maybe one day I can offer some de-fi solutions of my own and perhaps even my own cryptocurrency.
Aside from cryptocurrency I am heavily interested in spirituality and personal development fields. I also love to do magic and scuba dive.

My name is Daniel. I am from New York. Currently, I am working as a full-time client accounting project assistant, but I am in the process of going into the real estate industry to become an agent so that I may leave my 9 to 5 job and start a new chapter in my life. For a long time, I’ve had a deep interest in finance, business, real estate, health & fitness, technology and web development. Although, it may seem like a lot of interest for one person to have, I truly enjoy the process of understanding these diverse disciplines. What got me interested in blockchain technology was not just the financial attractiveness of the technology, but its potential application that can be used in many different industries.

The pandemic and lockdown sadly closed a few doors for me but it opened brand-new ones and I find myself here at the Academy excited to greatly expand what I’ve already learned about crypto.
Aside from staring at price charts, I love mountain biking, coffee, spending time with my girlfriend, reading and PC gaming. My mission is to make a career out of my new found passion and also be in a great position for when the next bull market arrives down the line. Let’s gogogogo!

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jessica and I am new (within 1 year) into the world of crypto. I have been investing in the stock market for the past 20 years with help from my dad (your typical day trader) and am now diving into crypto. I live in California and plan on using the info I learn through this course to start a business to help crypto newbies get started. I know there is a high demand for more women in the industry and so I am here to help continue the crypto revolution and hopefully get more women involved.
I have my BA in Child and Adolescent Development and my Esthetician License, but do not work in either field. I love the beach and all things outdoors (which is easy when you live in sunny California). I was a nationally ranked runner when I was a kid and played volleyball in college, so I love being active.
I hope I can provide help and insight through this journey, as well as, learning from you all.

Hi! This is my first day logging onto the forum. I’m a crypto currency and blockchain enthusiast! I just started investing in a few coins and tokens a few months ago, but I’d love to learn more about coding, research, and marketing. I have a full-time, 9-5 type job that pays well, but I don’t really enjoy it. Hopefully, one day I can have a career in crypto…a field I have a true PASSION for. Thank you.

Hello all! My name is José, I have been in crypto for a few moths already, and the more I know the more I want to know, and that´s what took me here.
I have been a Lawyer for 16 years, and I´m lookinf for a change in my career as I am fascinated with cryptoassets, NTFs´, and all activities that are being developed in the DeFi enviroment.
So far I am really enjoying my studies at the academy, and I would like to thank Ivan for putting all this knowledge at our disposal.

Hi. I’m Luka. I work in finance. I am totally fascinated by the blockchain and crypto space. And I am itching every day to create a project that uses blockchain and cryptos to innovate and solve problems.
Whilst I have a decent understanding of blockchain and cryptos, I still feel like I know nothing, especially on the tech side of things.

Hello Jose! You are right! Ivan on Technology sparks fascination and a desire to learn all you can in this technology that offers so much variety and promise. When I think of all the book learning I have done, (probably you too being a lawyer), sort of boring, tedious, but “worth it” to be able to do what you want to do in life. I have enjoyed all the years of study, though you probably have gone through the same learning processes. The quiet library. The hours viewing microfiche. This is actually a fun process in learning.
