Hi my name is Gerasimos,

My experience is in the financial business, telecommunications sectors in Greece, UK, Italy, Turkey, Ireland and Dubai. I consider my self to be a well rounded professional in information security, with excellent understanding of information security as a service balanced technical and soft skills, extensive exposure to multicultural environments, stakeholder management, strong exposure in OWASP top 10 and excellent technical and business report writing.

My main goal is to get into the field of cryptocurrency from the security perspective, e,g find work in pentest smart contracts, Dapp applications and Web 3.0 technologies.

I am small business owner, I am a plaster repair specialist and a painter for people who has too much money, most of the time. I am also licensed minister and work with a local church, helping out as needed.

I have done FX trading and starting learning about crypto in 2019. In 2020 I have partnered with a friend that has taught me a lot about the blockchain and the importance of it.

I now what to further my education in blockchain and decentralized storage to retire and be able to travel around the world and minister as needed.

I want to possible move to the Baltics, if possible.

Hey everyone! I was briefly here nearly a year ago. A week after signing up to learn from Ivan I landed an overtime full time crypto industry gig/job in a start-up that had me on 18 hour shifts on the regular and I had NO time to actually come back for what I paid for.

Thankfully, I now have plenty of free time yet again as I’m no longer at that job (yay).

I’m back, and going to try to cram in a year’s worth of learning before this cheap deal runs out (I think it runs out in February, I wish I could ask for an extension lol due to not getting to use it but for a week and then now from here forward). I was desperate back then, as I needed an income asap. I’m no longer desperate after getting paid a salary, thought I’m once again now unemployed but that means I have all the time in the world to finally learn what I originally signed up to learn from here just in time before I have to pay the full price for it (which I will anyway, just wish my discount lasted longer due to the unforeseen event of working so much I had no time until now).

Most of my life I worked in the hospitality, but I have media know-how and in the last few years I’m active in my amateur media ventures (audio-video editing, camera operating, photography)

My passion is folklore, history and tech.

I’m here to learn and to get to know some more like minded people.
