Hi all - This is Luke. Nice to meeting you all. I have a little programming experience and look forward to a steep learning curve here!
Hi there,
My name is Esther, I am new to the world of crypto but I am very excited to be learning about the use of blockchain. I am particularly interested in use cases related to healthcare.
Hello you all cryptoheads!
I’ve been in crypto space since 2015, but didn’t really care about the technology at the time.
Missed big opportunities. Then I came back in mid 2017 and lost money in trading,
suffered a lot in 2018 bear market.
I learned my lessons and I started to learn about the technology and now I’m only a hodler.
Ïn recent times I got so excited about the industry so I want to learn coding and this is a perfect opportunity for that. Thank you Ivan, I’m eager to learn this space.
And oh I’m Sami from Finland, 26 years old. We’re living exciting times and love to be here!
My name is Yasha and I run a crypto and traditional marketing agency and run Yasha Harari Youtube channel, in which I generally discuss crypto marketing insights and other sorts of marketing insights. Marketing Technology is my professional passion and blockchain technology is the field I’m most excited about. My agency and I advise businesses and run marketing for a number of cryptocurrencies and other blockchain projects. I love educating and spreading knowledge about cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology and marketing insights.
Aside from working and creating blockchain and marketing content on Youtube and delivering marketing results for my agency’s clients, I try to breathe regularly, spend time with loved ones, enjoy nature, and do creative arts (music, singing, drawing caricatures, cartooning). I also like to catch and release Unicorns, just for sport. When I was younger I was not as old as I am.
I first mined bitcoin in January 2009. Being that I started a couple weeks after bitcoin was released, I thought I was late to the game. I was lucky enough to have friends in the cryptographic and cypherpunk space since many years before that. As luck would have it, I lost all those bitcoin I mined and had to stop mining. Time passed. I remained very aware of bitcoin and other coins, and just did not have the wherewithal to keep mining after that loss. Meanwhile my agency was delivering tons of projects in the crypto space for our clients, the whole time. I moved more of my own time back into crypto in 2017 and I’m always looking forward to developing tools and campaigns and learning useful insights from the space, and sharing the benefits of those tools and that knowledge with people around the world.
I’m here to learn, because even an old dog can learn new tricks.
Hi! My name is Karen. I had just started looking into Cryptocurrencies when I was in a car accident. (This was three years ago). Learning about Cryptos helped me get through 5 surgeries and kept my mind busy during recovery. I went from the excitement of the market going up to the disappointment of the market crashing. I’m still a believer and am wanting to learn as much as I can about this industry. Thank you Ivan for providing these classes.
Some other bright spots in my life are: playing guitar - especially Christian lead guitar and jazz (have a music theory degree and enjoy all string instruments); being with Sheba, my German Shepard Dog - just love, love, love her; reading my Bible - love learning about God and why we’re here; Teaching - was a school teacher and principal … like to volunteer in teaching Bible and music.
Hi! My name is Leon and I’m new to this forum. Nice to meet you all here
Hello to all the community. I’m rankan. I’ve been listening to Ivan On Tech for around 6 months and joined the accademy about 3 months ago. I’m a novice at programming and the whole cryptocurrency field but want to learn as much as I can. I hope to learn from all of you and also contribute as much as I can, without sounding too foolish!!
Hi there,
I am a regular watcher of Ivan’s YouTube channel and today I couldn’t resist anymore and subscribed to the academy.
I am just at the ToshiTimes Forum on Bitcoin Programming 101
I admire the activity and hope to participate more on the global change to a planetary society.
Hello Ivan and everyone! my name is Henry Minott. I am a motion graphic designer / digital painter.
I have been learning a lot about crypto currency ever since I saw a Joe Rogan show with Andreas Antonopoulos about bitcoin a few month ago. I have not stop researching since that day. I learned about your youtube channel Ivan from taking part in the Energi airdrop. I’m hear to learn and to help with the building of the block-chain infrastructure. I feel this is a great technology for humanity that’s why I want to contribute the best I can.
Hi guys!
I’m Jon. I’m from the UK, but I live in Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain. I’ve had a varied professional life so far, from financial analyst specialising in pay and benefits, to spa receptionist, to English teacher. I’ve always been fascinated by languages and linguistics. I’m now fluent in Spanish, and my Catalan is getting stronger too.
I’ve recently developed a keen interest in crypto and blockchain and would love to develop a career in this area in the future. I started loading my bags and boarded the crypto investment train just before bitcoin crashed through the famous 6k support level in November 2018. But thanks to plenty of sound education from some quality crypto YouTube channels (you know the ones ), I braved it through the rest of crypto winter and made it out the other side wiser, tougher and stronger!
I’ve already started learning to code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and have now decided I’m ready to take some more specialised courses oriented towards the crypto and blockchain industries. So, here I am, finally taking the plunge at Ivan’s academy.
My current goal is to discover if I’ve got what it takes to become a dapp developer and write smart contracts, specifically for financial blockchain products. But I’m also going to leave myself open to other possibilities, as I explore, learn, and develop more in this exciting space!
Good luck to all of you on your journeys too! Looking forward to some of our paths crossing at some point!
Hi, my name is Gunnar, and im excited to learn! Ive been in crypto land for a few years but would like to learn more about software and the underlying protocols. I am currently working in the film industry, and I also enjoy skiing, snowboarding, motocross and yoga just to name a few.
Hi, I’m LeCorb (Paul Lee). My nickname comes from a crazy character who talks about SketchUp and 3D modelling (which I teach to architects, interior designers, garden designers, builders and engineers.- Here’s my website for training and services). I’m an architect living in Ireland. It took me 20 years to find out that really architecture is effectively dead- At least architecture in the real world. Virtual architecture- That’s a different matter!
I love messing around with technology, and also do some 3D printing. Yesterday I printed a lego crocodile just like the one here
I love cryptocurrencies because they’re such a great way to escape Government which has destroyed so many things including architecture. That’s why I’m getting out of it and learning about blockchain programming.
I’d like to do some funny videos about blockchain. Some time soon.
Here’s one of my videos from 2010:
Also here’s my comedy free speech channel on bitchute:

Hello Everyone!
I’m a late bloomer at 58 years old. I heard about bitcoin way back in 2010 but was busy with life and only started buying a year ago. I have some investment knowledge and am finishing homeschooling two daughters. Learning a new skill seems like a natural progression for me and who knows what I’ll do with it. The topic of smart contracts is of particular interest to me.
We’re Americans currently living in Uruguay and hoping to move to Hungary as soon as possible.
I’m fascinated with the whole blockchain crypto space and can’t wait to learn more about it!
Hi I’m an architect living in Ireland. I’m a trainer of SketchUp 3D modelling and I help architects, designers and engineers get up and running. I do some funny Youtube channels in my spare time. Would like to do some about crypto too.
Today’s world has gone completely bonkers. The truth doesn’t matter anymore in so many ways. Cryptocurrencies are a nice exception and perhaps an antidote to the incredible horse manure we’re being fed every day through media politics and banking.
I’m 47 and haven’t had a proper career yet. The economy has stalled my career for the last ten years and I’m looking to transition to a new career now. Architecture is dead in the western world, destroyed by braindead ideology beginning with “M”.
I love tech and programming suits me so I’m looking forward to exciting times and having a proper career at last! Thanks to Ivan and his crew for setting this up!
