Hi Krystell, I am interested to have a chat with you. Letā€™s connect also on Linkedin. https://www.linkedin.com/in/florincarare/

Hey, can help me understand a little more?
Where does the condition input come from?
For example, where do school grades come from? Who provides input? Is it for a school API or something like this? Is there any way to know if the input is correct or fraudulent? The owner of the contract provides the input manually?

I am very excited about what I have learnedā€¦LETS DO THIS THANG

I really enjoyed the Blockchain 101 & Bitcoin Course and I am so excited to move on to Ethereum. Looking forward to this new direction!

Hey everyone, I am a little confused on how Bitcoin could be more Private than Ethereum based on the activity questions assigned ā€œHow is the account model not as great as the UTXO model for privacy?ā€ Since UTXO model will let you track where every bitcoin (and satoshi) came from all the way back to the source (of bitcoin first being mined) would that not make it less private since you could find out where all the BTC was going to and coming from?

Hi @Alzxcvb, hope you are ok.

Now here is an old reply referred to the same question, you might wanna read it to understand a little bit better why UTXO is a more private than the account model.ā€™

If you have any more questions, please let us know so we can help you!

Hi, I have a question if anyone knows the answer.

Are all smart contracts on Etherium open source or is it possible to send a smart contract to the blockchain and keep its code private?

Tried searching the web for an answer but Iā€™m still not sure. Thanks

Lets Gogogogogogog!!

So talking about the non fungible property of Bitcoin that Ivan mention in the UTXO model in this course.
How can somebody possibly know or asume that a BTC has been spend in crime or illicit transaction if you can only trace the public keys?
Can someone guess even the geographical location of the transactions?

@ivan
About the UTXO v/s account-model topic.
A couple of bitcoins are not always the same. How is the price of a dirty coin (one has been part of a malevolent activity) decided? Who calls the shots? What are the factors involved?
Can you provide an Elaborative view?

Wow! I started mining ETH last year. I didnā€™t realize how lucky I was when buying GPUs because they are hard to find now and the prices have gone up. However, by reading some of the discussions in this introduction thread, I am realizing that I have a lot to learn in this ETH 101 class.
