I have to reduce sugar and fat on my body because is too much healthy and go to the gym in order to keep your body and barin functions in a way to align with your goals.
I could spend less time and money traveling around during my vacations time and spend it for courses like this one. Because when I finish this course Iāll be able to choose my work load and also renumeration amounts based upon if they are high enough for me. Because thatās what we all get after finishing this course right?
Using my spare time after work to learn about blockchain is an investment for myself to find a better job in the future.
Spending less money on fast food and making home cook meals would be a method to save money and invest it on a long term asset.
To be honest, one of the best thing I can do to improve this purpose is take care of my health. If I went tho the gym frequently, slept well all night, ate correctly, maybe I could reduce the number of times I had medical problems, I could focus on jobās issues or study efficiently.
Instead of having my morning coffee as soon as I get up, I would like to delay it until I get to work and have had something to eat so I donāt feel so jittery and agitated. =)

Instead of sporadic workouts, I would establish specific days and times each week for physical activity, treating it as a non-negotiable appointment. By prioritizing long-term health over short-term convenience, I would develop discipline, work towards fitness goals, form a habit, and enjoy the numerous health benefits of consistent exercise. This change would cultivate a low time preference mindset and positively impact other areas of my life.
Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
I could do better at sticking to my exercise plan and not exceeding my caloric maxes Iāve established as goals
Now i have really good lifestyle (gym, food, work), and Iām busy all days, if id have more time i
d study more. But, another way, i have one of bad habbits - it`s alcohol
It doesnāt happen often, but I would prefer to remove it altogether and spend that time on a bad habit for something useful. including education

The change would be wake up at one time. No metter witch one, and than every week make it more and more early, till one point is reached.
I could change my reward schedule for that piece of cake from every evening to only on Friday evenings if I really want to get into that dress.
