Great book! I finished a weeks ago and it’s helping me a lot.
I changing my habits thanks to this book and a kanban board that I have on the fridge. For example I have a maximum of one non-necesary purchase per month.

Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
Instead of watching movies before sleep regularly read educational books instead. Watching a movie is more entertaining then trying to understand a new concept from a book. The benefits tomorrow on the other hand are much greater by reading a book.
Live consciously by choosing the long-term impact as opposed to short term gratification. Live from creating more instead of living in the spending less lenses.
I need to use more of my time on physical activity. Now im investing a lot of my time on work and Ivan on tech.
I want to take more time to celebrate all the achievements small or big, happening in my life and the people dear to me. This could take a few second, a few words or more. The idea is to escape the constant trap I have set to myself to jump from one thing to the other without taking the necessary time to appreciate what you have just accomplished. I believe these small celebrations, as I call them, will keep me “pumped” and in the moment!
I have done some important changes recently. My main interest is blockchain. As I am active as investor too, my bed times are not very regular. This is clearly something to look into, to consolidate everything somewhat to make sure I can permanently study with a high energy level and have overall a good life quality.
I could actually take less time a day to look for things i could spent my money on and take this time to think about things where i can invest in.
I learned this overtime as a gamer. I remember buying the PS3 when it was first released for $600. When I got it I was so excited but there wasn’t really any games and while the excitement of the new purchase was great it was short lived and eventually the PlayStation was just a an ornament. The reality is if I would have waited a few years I could have got it for half the price and it would have so much more utility because it had actual games to play.
If I stop spending ‘spare’ money going out for entertainment, I can save it and go on a holiday that will, in time, offer a greater sense of value and reward than just spending it in the same pub, doing the same things, every weekend.
I should organise my administration & workflow more. Better view on what i acomplished. And less searching for old files.
learning new thing every day for 20 min and also exercise 10 mins every day
I could eat out less to save money and be healthier.
I had to workout more and go to bed earlier instead of wasting time on social media before sleep.
I could go through the academy lessons every single morning when I wake up an hour early rather than watching YouTube videos
I could eat out less often and enjoy home cooked meals more. The poor quality food translates to kilos that I just spend hours trying to remove.

A few weeks ago I wake up 2 hours earlier every day for education purposes. Also I started an intermittent diet not eating during at least 14 hours per day. These changes have been gratifying so far!
I could spend less on things that are not needed and save more. it would make things better later on.
I could spend less time trying to learn all I can about crypto and just focus mostly on doing these courses.
