I would like to maintain a more regular sleeping schedule. Since all of my classes are late in the afternoon I don’t really have a reason to go to bed early. Although now I’m starting to notice a decrease in physical and mental energy, even though I sleep the same amount of hours but just in a different time frame. I hope that once I’m able to maintain a regular sleeping schedule I’ll be more productive and clear minded during the day.
I could reduce the amount of social media in my life that gives me huge load of dopamine (instant gratification) and spend more time here to learn and be part of the future .
I could spend less on expensive clothes - a passion of mine. But then, that would reduce my pleasure in living now, something I’m not prepared to give up. I could work harder and make more money but keep spending at the same level. But ditto, that would reduce the pleasure in my life so I’m unlikely to do that since I’m already at a good income level. I could invest in cryptos rather than watch the government feed their greedy psyches with my cash - which is why I’m exploring this course …
To name a few, I could train myself not to hit the snooze button on my alarm, thus delaying the gratification that a little extra sleep brings me. I could also make a conscious effort to delay the gratification of my sweet tooth. Given the capacity of suger increase my hunger, this would benefit my body as well as my finances since I would not buy as much food to satisfy this needless hunger.
Stretching every day instead of surfing the internet.
A change I have already make is intermittent fasting and exercise, they changed my life.
Spending a little less money on not really required staff. Saved up money could be later spent on something with more add value.
I could reduce the time of watching youtube videos and spend more time doing what I have learned from them.
Forego buying fast-food on your way home and instead wait to get home to eat leftovers… It’s healthier, relative, and saves currency $$…
There a few things I could do one being canceling my cable TV subscription, huge savings there. Instead of drinking alcohol trick your mind with water, lots of water.
Paying off debt will be a big one life changing. And learn to invest in the process.
My time in the crypto space has been exactly this concept. When i started a few months ago I had the idea i was going to invest, I was going to trade and it was all going to happen so fast. My own patients has now reduced my preference within the crypto space to understand getting to the moon wont happen over night.
Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
I could stop eating sweets and put the money I spend on sweets into Bitcoin - I would avoid unhealthy nutrition and my life would be much sweeter for it because my future self would enjoy more financial freedom.
The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.

I will spend less money on clothes and invest the money I save into Bitcoin
I could stop eating so much.
Instead of watching streamer content on facebook in the morning i can get up and study my courses in the academy. This is a more productive use of my time in the long run as it pertains to my goals.

I think I have to accept longer term exercise habits than on and off cycles of exercise throughout the year. I am very impatient when it comes to exercising and seeing results, of course with proper nutrition and plan to go along with it. I just have to eliminate the idea of instant gratification after a workout and thinking I will change within days.
Investing more time and energy into helping those I care most about, I mean really setting it as a priority, would ostensibly produce healthier and more productive future relationships with those people.
Use my phone/laptop/TV less and with that time study for the future
Spending less money for unessential things and more on education and investments.this could be the key for less or no finacial worries in the future.
