put as much money into BTC, Altcoins and Gold and Silver on a daily basis.
Id like to change some of my time in the youtube rabbit hole to either studying or some ivan courses.
Enjoy life but find a balance.
Balance is the key to everything. What we do, say, eat and buy, they all require awareness, and through awareness we can grow.
investing more money instead of spending on frivolous and unnecessary things.
Spend more time on a weekly basis creating a meal plan. Not only will I be building better organizational habits and eating healthier, but I will also be saving money by not constantly ordering takeout.
Getting up from bed a bit earlier and do either exercise or studying would enable me to reach my goals at a steady pace.
I could work out and get more exercise. Truth is I don’t like doing it but it will have long term benefits for my health if I can just keep it up.
Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
- I would reduce the time watching tv so I can focus on more productive things.
I could work more from home to save ~1.5h per day of traveling and use this time to educate myself about how to invest for future. Saved travel cost could support this activity.

A: I would propose to wake up 30 minutes earlier so, I can exercise a bit more and finish my morning routine quicker. By doing this I could follow my schedule better and without any delays.
Instant gratification - eating that bar of chocolate and having those “feel good hormones” flow in directly (but only to make you feel like crap once the high energy kick wears down)
vs
delayed gratification - taking time and excircising discipline to eat in a clean balanced way which when made a habit will reward you in feeling balanced and energized through out the day(s).
Instant gratification - spending money on small things (satisfaction only lasts for a very short period of time tho)
delayed gratification - putting money aside to buy something bigger that lasts (for example that chair for your bureau that you have been eyeing for so long and that would probably really help with your paralyzing back pain but you have putting aside since the thought of paying 1200 euros is killing you inside)
Waking up 30 min early to study. Change from 30min less sleep (Instant gratification would be more rest) to gain new skills (delayed gratification)
cheers juanjs , just to let you know im still going strong and not caved in… getting easier but do need the support from others, that helps more than anything… if we all supported each other more the world will be a better place !! , peace and love, and mungbeans !!
- What is Money?

Money is something that holds its value over time and in most cases increases its value. Money is portable, durable and can be divided into smaller parts.
In my youth, I had the habit to spent time and money on some aspects in my life that are not really worth my time, as I get older I tend to focus on investing my time in something that can give me value. For example I had spend countless hours studying electrics as a younger adult, I also spend money investing in this same trade and it never gave me much value as its not something that interested me or made me happy. The last 20 years I turned my focus to Music and became a full time musician and by doing so I am able to support myself and my family while feeling satisfied and content. I’ve invested in my Musical trade but it has given me more return then the investment I had made.
Working late hours has translated my sleeping habits to wake up whenever I feel like the next morning which results in time being wasted by laying in bed. I think if I reduce my sleep to 5 hours (which is really all I honestly need) I can use that extra time in the morning to be laser-focued on studying in the academy or just doing more research to help me better my financial position.
- I could cut down the time on video games ,and instead spend it on Ivanon Tech course work.
I could put limit on social media apps and I would gain more time to be productive.

- When I came back after work I feel drained and lazy, and instead of going into the swamp I could easily read something interesting, study, cook, or exercise and I am not doing it because I always say to myself that I will do it later and I never do it.
I’d try to set aside more time to focus on things that need attention. This could include vehicle maintenance, house maintenance/cleaning etc. Instead of using the “relaxing” time that I allot myself.
I think I could probably not spend so much time at home to get some time to go back to the gym or instead do some other exercise activity (here COVID19 has closed all the gyms for some time now) that would increase my daily energy and my health in the long run.
