Staying up late is my vice. If I sleep early, I would be more refresh the next day and it is better for my biological clock.
I could wait to have my holidays, rather than just going on them all at once
Thanks for your substantive discussion. I read your post and recognize the aspects of this lesson thoroughly discussed within your post. Great work.

Life changing habit
Propose a change you could make to one of your habits, that would reduce your time preference from high (instant gratification) to low (delayed gratification) time preference. It could relate to any aspect of your life (financial, diet, exercise, relationships or education).
Instant gratification of profitable gains can take place whilst gambling at a casino. However, if one utilizes investment vehicles such as bitcoin, ethereum, and/ or stocks and commodities, gains may infact be more lucrative in the long run. Although the statistical probabilities for winning a jackpot bonus may yield lucrative financial results, it is also not as likely to be more profitable to make sound investments. Scientific data reveals that 88% long term investments have a track record for successful financial gains when the investment matures to 30+ years, (Motley Fool, n.d.).

I should quit nicotine (snus) and use that money to invest in crypto. I have completely stopped playing video games and used that time to learn about cryptocurrencies, finance, stocks etc. Iām interested about the morning routine of waking up at 5 a.m, but I think Iām the most productive in the evening. All in all Iām working on having a stable life, where you shouldnāt have to think about money all the time and I think the key to that is learning. I hope I will get there by learning things Iām interested about, instead of applying to university to study things other people/employers wants me to learn. Maybe thatās naive way of thinking, but weāll see in the future.
Use less social media for entertainment purposes.
I could go to bed and sleep without browsing the internet in Bed.
I would improve my sleep and my energy level the next day. With that change I would use my time more efficiently and allow myself to go to bed without feeling like Iāve missed something.
Stop buying takeaways during lockdown and invest in nfts. exercise more so im not so stale from sitting in this chair reading blockchain gains. more yoga breathe work so when i dont understand something crypto i donāt nerd rage my keyboard or mouse.
all small positive changes i can do to increase RoI & Returns IRL.

I made this change 3 years ago⦠I decided I would BUY BTC instead of blowing it on āstuffā I sacrificed the erg to fulfill a short term feeling for long term financial freedom today. I am semi-retired and building a crypto business
I could stop spending so much time scrolling on Twitter! And get back into exercising.
This is a very good question
And it is very interesting to see other peoples responses to it.
I work 3-4 jobs where I can use at least half the time to either rest or learn.
I train 4 days a week and when gyms open 5 days a week. When I can afford I will train twice a day
I work often at nights so I sleep not much. I sleep greatly yet I donāt sleep more than 6 hours on any day.
No feel of tired since years. life is very good, not participating in the crisis going on since 1 year May we all be always healthy and happyā¦
I meditate at least once a day for a good 40 minutes. No spending other than my education or little projects who all bring me monetary returns. Has been growing very healthily too.
My nutrition is quite conscious and high quality. Anyone reading this, start with your diet, when you see how you feel from a change in diet you are unstoppable.
My people 90% solid and big fun. We have many bright things going.
I donāt holiday⦠i wouldnāt have invented holiday. I love all I do and still have time to have fun with my hobbies that keep me good distraction. I donāt tv.
Mmmmmmmmm I think I will just make sure that I sleep enough but less to ensure I get this course done as fast as possible to get hired as a Blockchain Developer.
At the moment i would say, calming down about crypto and not expecting to cashing out and using the gains i made so far, i would let that go to blockfi or other ways to earn interest over the profits i made and start becoming a snowball effect for my future. At the moment i am very comfortable with spending just the necessary since i dont like lavish lifestyle i donāt enjoy clubs or nightlife in general.

I manifest changes in my lifestyle by reciting them on a daily basis. Brain programming if you will. My current goals are: to complete the IoT training program. Improve my health; Sleep more efficient; Learn about crypto; and be more social.
I have busy life so I have to plan my activities. One key point is to utilize as many productive hours in a day. Another is that I want to invest time for myself, and I do not want to bother anyone with my activities. I do not want anyone to be bothered with me as well. I want to add value to peopleās lives.
So here are my affirmations for the coming period:
I reduce my body fat percentage. I am fasting from 19:00 until 13:00. I work out daily. I learn programming every morning. I learn about crypto news every evening. I increase my sleep pressure. I lower my brain activity (frequency) one hour before I go to bed (meditate). I sleep deep. I utilize more hours per day. I connect with people.
I repeat this while I brush my teeth twice a day. The programming is more efficient when you switch the hand you usually use. For me it is all about doing things different, and connecting them to existing (brain) patterns t
I need to master the art of allocating more funds in assets by compounding yields, and measuring better what is my buying power for liabilities that wouldnāt decrease too much my rate of wealth accumulation through time.
I could wake up 1 hour earlier each day so I have an extra hour to do some form of exercise before I go about the rest of my routine and before I start work as I am an afternoon/night shift worker. I suffer from insomnia from time to time and a daily exercise routine would potentially help to improve my sleep patterns.
I could spend less time on my phone to have more time for studying and eventually finding a better fitting job!
Exchanging 2 hours of sleep to wake up earlier, will allow me to me study sooner than later. This will help me progress further in the course, not only does gives me enough time to complete more sections in my ivan on tech study material but other daily task as well.
A constant habit of doing so adds more efficiency and productivity to my life.
I agree with some of the previous posts here, that spending less time on my phone for instant gratification allows me to spend more time with things that matter, e.g. my girlfriend, my family or more productive activities like a workout or learning new stuff.
The whole reason Iām doing this is because I decided to invest into crypto currency, but that clearly was only the beginning of the rabbit hole. I still invest regularly into cryptocurrency, I only just resist some temptations to follow the band on an ICO or invest or sell based on a tweet. Better to stay focused on the optimistic definite future I know cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to be, and play long game.
