If I stopped eating delicious fatty foods that gave me an instant rush of dopamine of which gives me gratification, I could delay the excusive intake of calories absorbed into my body and be grateful for a more slimmer/healthier me.
Going to work every day with the bike instead of the train or car; it’s sometimes difficult to find motivation, but in the long run it is definitely good for the wallet and physical condition.
Going back to school to learn more about Cryptocurrency and development. At first, I could benefit from the new knowledge to advance my career and annual income. However, my goal is to contribute to many projects that will elevate the human condition of our community
Health is wealth they say…and I did some meditation some few years back and saw how it improved my whole being by spending an hour a day doing that…but lately I haven’t been doing that. Time to get back on it again.
Set up an automatic transfer from your main account to your saving account on the day you receive your paycheck. This forces you to manage with the necessary left funds and hence cannot spend money on unnecessary things. Then you need to invest wisely in order to create more wealth in the future.
=> Reduce instant gratification (spend now on things you don’t necessarily need) to delayed gratification (create more wealth so you spend later on necessary needs).
I could organize better y sleep time, sometimes I waste time with my phone and the next day its so hard to get up in the morning.
I have to devote more time to learning and less to social media.
I should dedicate more to study than working right now, so I can have a better financial situation later on.
finding a more planned schudule and sticking to it,more sleep and fitness for better health
I would educate myself every day off, not be at the same place next year.
Sleep less in the evening and start going to the gym.
As for me personally, I would try to save a portion of my income (preferably at least 10%) every month consistently and spend my time learning about blockchain as well as learning blockchain-related programming to ready myself for the future web 3.0 revolution.
If I checked all of my messages, emails, newsfeeds etc. only once a day or even every two days, as opposed to multiple times a day, I would save much lifetime since I could browse everything far more quickly because many items become irrelevant if not immediately read and/or responded to. I would let people know my new habits, and tell them to just give me a call if something really important shows up.
I could spend a hour a day learning more about Bitcoin instead of watching pointless videos.
I got a perfect one I was recently in a VERY long relationship that was somewhat extremely toxic once I got more aware of it but let me tell you yes there was a instant gratitude at the beginning but i realized if out she goes id be able to focus and advance and put ALOT MORE EFFORT on Ivan’s on tech Moralis Academy. instant gratification was i felt “good blindly in love as they say” but the delayed gratification was i got to work more on what I needed to achieve and that was Becoming a Moralis Mage and finishing my courses
Stop scrolling through social media when it’s time to sleep and get some extra rest.
One habit change I could make is to reduce my consumption of fast food per week and invest the money I would’ve spent into crypto.
Changes I would make to improve my life:
- Spend at least an hour a day learning or practicing how to code
Workout at least 3 times per week
Read at least an hour per day
I could switch 10’ phone time (Facebook, Twitter, Games, etc.) before bed with reading a book … about finance !
Eating less unhealthy food and drinks like fastfood and beer to feel better in shape, getting up like 30 earlier to have a daily check and last but not least walk at least 20min per day which in long term will make a big difference.
