Www.unswap.org not a valid site?

I was wondering if someone could answer a quick question for me and clear something up. I was watching a very recent video from Ivan, concerning spoofed sites on Uniswap, and I could have sworn that I heard him say that the www.uniswap.org site was not a valid site. Did I hear him wrong? This is the valid Uniswap site, https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap, correct?

Both uniswap.org and the latter one are valid. The latter one you mentioned is the address for the exchange app.

You should be careful not to click if you see Uniswap on Google Ads. Better to save the Uniswap exchange url to your bookmarks, and go through that route when you want to use the app.

Thank you timtim for the clarification, much appreciated! I do use my bookmark for Uniswap but you can never be too careful in this arena. It’s always good to get confirmation from the community.
