Why my Client won't create json files after I created a js Migration file?

I can’t seem to complete my first Migration on Visual Studios for some reason. I think it is because my build\contracts section is not making a new json file like in Filip’s demonstration when I create a new migration file. What is the cause of this and how can I fix it?

Hey @DJaySplash

Let’s update truffle and downgrade node to a version I am sure works fine.

If this does not fix push everything on GitHub and share the link.
