visual Studio Code not opening after install on win 7 computer

So I read that Visual Studio Code isn’t supported past 1.70.3
I deleted the newer version and installed arm64-1.70.2
When I went to install it I got a message:
This program can only be installed on versions of windows designed for the following processor architectures: ARM64

Does Visual Studio Code have a version without ARM64 that I could use?
