  • Feedback loops: So that we all know what we’re doing right and where we have opportunities to grow, there are feedback loops in the shape of 101s, 360 reviews and STOP-START-CONTINUE Slack bot.

  • Open books: so that we all know how we’re doing and can contribute to the financial goals of the company, we have access to all the numbers, KPIs and business metrics.

  1. In order for employees to feel motivated every day there needs to be trust and the feeling of ownership. Sharing the good and bad times with everyone fosters deeper relationships across the board. #WAGMI

Documentation - we have to document as much as possible so that our work is transparent to all team members but also across teams - this will increase creativity, inclusivity which will lead to more contributions and more effective contributions

Open Processes - means that we work in gitlab, everything is easy to follow, we provide context when we create new issues so future team mates or team mates from other teams can easily get up to speed and contribute.

Feedback loops - we work with constant feedback loops in order to be as transparent with each other as possible on our opinions and suggestions for improvements. Some feedback loops include 1o1s, 360 reviews, STOP-START-CONTINUE Slack bot

Open books - we share our financial numbers with the entire team, we also share our KPIs and business metrics we have to hit with everyone in the team.

  2. At Moralis, transparency is achieved by, for example: sharing the company roadmap, or by opening the Slack channels to everyone, or by sharing the financial metrics and KPIs to the employees. Other aspects which give transparency are the feedback loops such that people are brought up to speed with the company’s suggestions and opinions, or by having documentation in place which can be accessed by everybody.
