When you transfer ownership of the contract, how do you update the CREATED by in open sea.

From my experience, is not possible yet, opensea do not have any option to transfer the ownership of the collection, even after you transfer the ownership of the contract, the collection admin will remain with the 1st deployed address.
You can try contact their support team to help you with it, but as far as I know, its not possible yet.
