Support not available!

I am trying to get a refund for my subscription. The email [email protected] does not exist and the only other way to interact with ‘support’ is through a chat bot. I dont even know how they charged me as the credit card i used to purchase the subscription last year is now invalid.

Please advise where I can reach support so I can cancel my subscription within the time where it is allowed (as per Moralis refund policy). I have no interest in watching any of the courses on this platform and would like to cancel this subscription ASAP with refund!

Please advise!

I have notified the team about this, could you please validate that the same email you have for your forum account, is the same for your academy user account, if not, just let me know which email is from your academy account so the support team can contact you.

Could you please let me know where you got the email “[email protected]” as that is indeed an invalid email. Our new support email is [email protected]. Regardless, we have received your request via chat and old email “[email protected]”, and responded within 3 hours of your request. Please check all of your email folders for our reply and the summary of your request. If you can’t find it, please DM me on the forum, and I will share the details with you personally.
