Shortcut dont work on my Visual Studio

Hi

Im new with Visual Studio, and the teacher showst that can just
type “!” + tab and will write <Doctype…> code automatically
but in my case dont work

So maybe i need activate some plugin, or activate Emmet, which i think is used to shortcut but not sure where to find it

please help me

Hey @metalgear, hope you are well.

You have to specify the type of language you will use, then all the Emmet abbreviation should appear for that language.
