Recently at an asphalt recycling plant I work for, we had a major problem.
A tire needed to be replaced on one of the front end loaders which controls production in one bottleneck area of the plant. The wrong part number was entered into the system resulting in the wrong tired being ordered and replaced on the front end loader.
This error resulted in a full day and a half of downtime which incurred a major monetary loss to the company.
How could blockchain fix this problem?
