Following the ‘getnewaddress’ command, I am constantly given a wallet number that starts with 3. As memory serves, this means it is a number for a multisig wallet, wallets starting with a 1 are a general purpose wallet–at least according to what I learned back in 2014. Am I crazy? And when did this change take place and why?
