I purchased Parsiq on the 08th October and according to the messages from the company, tokens from the old contract address would be automatically transferred to the new address, this has not happened yet, I have also sent a message to the company and await a response, can anyone provide any advise?

Hey there @Glegy you may have missed the boat and bought something that is no longer being supported the snapshot happened on the 7th of October for old token holders so if you had bought it before the snapshot date you would just need to add the new token contract address to your wallet to see it. Thanks for your reply, when I sent the tokens to my Trust wallet from Metamask, they displayed the correct total?
yeah you wouldn’t lose your tokens if you where given new tokens you should just have to add the new contract address to your wallet that had the tokens at the time of the migration. for example i had my old tokens that i bought awhile back in my metamask wallet so all i did was go add token in my metamask wallet with the new contract address and that showed my new parsiq tokens so you end up with 2 prq tokens in your wallet with different contract addresses and different values since the old token is basically worthless
