Since last weekend, I don’t have access to all my programs just the basic stuff. I send emails but no answer from support
Seems the same for my profile as well. I no longer have an advisor listed either.
I would love to know if this will be corrected of if the new website design is how we will go forward.

We have migrated the Academy to a new platform, we are also facing some few issues with the user accounts on the new platform and we have to manually adjust some settings on a user profile.
If you already have written to our support team at [email protected]
they will be answering you through the week, if you are still waiting for an answer, please confirm me that the email of your forum account is the same that you use to communicate with the support team.
No need to share the email here, just confirm that is the same email, that way i can mention them to get in touch with you guys asap.
