In terms of what specifically? If you’re speaking on the lack of transition, i would guess its just needing more time for a full rollover. To my knowledge, it seems like the transition will be done over a more prolonged period of time than I previously thought. It could have to do with making sure that nothing goes haywire in terms of user experience.
