  • The translation of the User Guides

He is asking for a rate of 0,06 Euro/word. The Moneropedia entries comprise about 10,200 words and the User Guides 23,700 words.
For the 1st milestone this equals 8.6 XMR and for the 2nd 19.9 XMR.

    Why it is important for Monero and the community? Monero is an incredible project, but there are many false beliefs and ignorance about it in the Spanish-speaking community. By providing more quality content in Spanish, we will be able to raise awareness in the Spanish community about the importance of financial privacy, about the importance and role that Monero plays in our financial activity.

1.- The community is asked to evaluate the idea and after this, once consensus is reached, the Core Team moves it to the Funding Stage.

2.- It is Random X Audits with 1400XMR, the USD at the time of the funding was 118.000$.

3.- I could not find the answer

4.- Add support to Monero daemon for broadcasting new transactions received over RPC to privacy preserving p2p connections to conceal origin IP. This proposal will use Tor hidden services, but the implementation will be written such that additional anonymity networks (Kovri?) can be added in the future.
Sending transactions can be traced to their origin by ISPs, or other institutions that connect to many peers to trace the first appearance of a transaction. An entire project, Kovri, has been funded to help mitigate this issue. There are things to implement on the Monero side to make use of an anonymity network as well which will be completed with the Tor integration.
