Greetings Everyone! I assume everyone here watches good morning crypto, so I wanted to discuss MimbleWimble in this discussion. 
How do privacy & scalability become connected? 
I understood it as 2+tx merged into 1tx, so outsiders would not know which goes to whom. Also the numbers in the tx would be encrypted. I am not completely sure how the numbers are encrypted, and which numbers exactly (maybe if I am sending 1btc, the amount is encrypted… not sure)? Either way, this way the tx would be smaller (more scalable), and more private.
Why does MimbleWimble remove scripting? How does that happen? Is it possible to enable scripting? 
Why do the sender & the reciever need to be online at the same time for the txs to work? 
As you can see, I have way too many questions as this topic is not researched in depth by me.
