Locked out of my new nano X

I attempted to update my new Nano X firmware yesterday and I have experienced a malfunction and I
cannot access my crypto, all that is flashing on the device screen is the Ledger logo, I can’t power off or enter my pin code, does anybody have any advice?
I reached out to Ledger support last night, however I have not received a response.

If it was a malfunction that comes from a bad firmware update, you probably should try to talk with the ledger support, maybe there is some warranty for that, I’m not sure honestly, but you can try.

If you have your passphrase (24 words) saved, your funds are safe, you can buy another ledger and instead of creating a new wallet, you will import your passphrase and then you can access your funds again.
