Here’s a bit about me:
First, I’m new here, but I’ve been invested in crypto since 2016 and have been actively growing my Web3 resume for 3 years while working at UPS as a FT Hub Supervisor (15 years this May).
I landed a role with CryptoBanter as a researcher and wrote a couple articles for them. I only worked for them for about 6 months - timezones didn’t work well, and I wasn’t confident enough to move my family from Iowa to South Africa.
Since then I’ve been working with PersonaFi (a social investing app) writing articles, sharing new projects, and sending out trade alerts.
I have been learning to code in my minimal free-time. Although I enjoy it, my skills align me more with a Project Management/Leadership role - but I’m a firm believer of leaders being a master of their craft - which is why I’m here.
Web 3/Blockchain/Crypto can all get overwhelming, especially with so much growth and always feeling like your behind - but I promise you all WE ARE STILL EARLY. Keep going, stay motivated and understand putting in the work/learning now is a long-term investment in yourself. Wait until you hit your bullmarket 
Oh yeah, I’ve also made a reputation of turning a simple post into a novella - sorry I’m advance. Glad to be here and looking forward to learning and connecting with others doing the same!
