So all exchanges are selling in Miotas not iotas because of the price. As the price goes up for Miota will they drop down to sell kiota then just iota?

I think they deal in MIOTA because the price of individual IOTA is supposed to be really low due to its use case in IOT. I think they could go for this or they will continue to deal in MIOTA but it will be valued a lot.
Yes, all exchanges show the price relative to MIOTA. I don’t think this will change in the near future unless the market cap increases substantially.
