I’m Jack, living in the United States. I’m really excited to be starting the June 1 Smart Contracts Programming course.
I’m new to blockchain and cryptocurrencies, having just a little HTML and CSS experience, which I have used to design websites for small businesses. I am interested in becoming a serious programmer and seeing where blockchain can take me (and the world), especially in new sectors not talked about much yet.
So, I’m interested in things like Web 3.0, or blockchain programming for the greater good: electric grids/medical records/ I don’t know.
But I am also interested in smart investing, especially in projects that I believe in (and especially once I start earning the good money from blockchain!), so I am interested in the cryptocurrency side of things as well.

I started with Bitcoin years ago when i was a pro gamer at the WCG & MLG, I didn’t have much use for it other than gambling with it. However i did go all in when i found about Ethereum back when it was less than 1 dollar. That is when i really started looking into how blockchain technology worked.
The only thing i dabbled in programing was games and cell phones , I wanted to play with mods or have unlimited money to spend on apps, so i looked up how to hack and followed guides to make it work unlimited money in game work. I was banned but i just found a way to unban myself from Google play store.
I remember wanting an HTC MAX phone but it was only on sprint wireless and i had t-mobile and i wrote a simple hack to convince the phone it was a sprint phone and not a t-mobile phone and it worked. I remember everyone being so impressed as i guess they said it would be impossible for that to happen as sprint has a lock on there devices. Someone else used my base formula to write a friendly user interface and sold it as an app on Google play store that unlocked it for all carriers not just t-mobile.
I Have a 200 IQ , i graduated 2 different collages before i was 17, honors everything. I have mastery of the trivium and quadrivium , i’m a follower of Hermes Trismegistus/Thoth and i’m trained in the mystic ways. I have mastery of the human mind such as mesmerism , hypnosis , NLP , salesman ship, POA, zox training, mind mapping.
My favorite books are The emerald tablets, the kybalion , The entire 33rd degree freemasonry books, How to develop a perfect memory, Your wish is your command.

My name is Dave. I’m currently a delivery driver for one of the world’s largest delivery companies, of a certain color. I’ve never worked in the tech industry (I really don’t count six years as a store manager for GameStop as being in the “Tech” industry. Some might.) but I’ve always dabbled in computing as a hobby.
My first introduction to computers was learning how to use the Apple IIE in elementary and middle school. One of my best friends taught me how to use DOS on his dad’s 386 computer during that time. My first introduction to programing was In high school. It was in a computer class where we learned how to program in Q Basic. I built my first PC when I was 16 so my friends and I could play Ultima Online and Duke Nukem 3d. We had up to six PC’s networked in the same house. I’ve been building my own computers ever since.
Built a new PC at the beginning of this year and came across a YouTube video on how to make your PC pay for it self by mining crypto currency. Started watching lots of videos on mining and crypto currency so I bought a couple of asic miners in April. I wanted to learn more about the underling tech and that’s why I took Ivan’s course.
