Hello everyone, my name is Larry. I first got into cryptos back in August of last year after reading an article about cryptos in Forbes or Fortune magazine (can’t remember which magazine it was!) titled “The Craziest Bubble Ever”. Litecoin was the first cryptocurrency I purchased shortly thereafter and have since purchased several others but have now cut my holdings down to a handful of promising cryptos like EOS, Cardano, etc. Also have put some money into cloud mining of Bitcoin and Etherium. I’ve been a fan of Ivan for quite a while now and just finished his Blockchain Fundamentals course. I recommend it to anyone who hasn’t taken it yet, Ivan is an excellent teacher. I live in a coastal town in California and I love exercising and contra dancing to Old Time string band music.

I first heard about bitcoin when I was in middle school, which is about 5 years ago. However, I never owned any cryptocurrency until about 1 year ago. Like most people I started off hoping to make money, but I began to see it as a revolution after I read The Internet of Money by Andreas Antonopoulos.

My background is in Human Resources Management and I stumbled across cryptocurrency and blockchain from a friend I work with in our company’s IT department. That was around August of 2017 and I have been hooked ever since! Now, I am a crypto and blockchain enthusiast and investor. I spend the majority of my time studying and learning how the crypto ecosystem works as a whole. I’m Emma and I started listening to your channel when I got curious about bitcoin and crypto currency at the beginning of this year. I really enjoy your channel and have even recommend your channel to my son (he’ was also a rune scape lover!) who is your age. I am not a techie person (I’m a Young Adult fiction author and a copywriter and a marketing junkie) but I love to learn new things. I know nothing about programming but thought I’d challenge myself with your course. I live in San Francisco, California, where al lot of the tech stuff happens!
I find this whole idea of blockchain and crypto currency intriguing even if I still have very many questions. I have to say, ivan, I probably learn the most about this space from you. I like your moderate approach and feel you give sound, well-thought through evaluations, which I often share with my husband, who is skeptical about cryptocurrencies.
I’m excited about the course. It sounds awesome. And I don;t mind you “shilling” (a new word I have learned from you) on your channel at all.

I’m new to crypto, have invested a bit out of ‘speculation’. I’m working in the field of IT/Analytics for a long time and am originally from 
Germany, but live in Sydney Australia. I’m working as a manager in the health sector and manage a team of cloud analytics professionals. I don’t know how to program and have learnt early in my career that this is not my forte; however I love data and people. Why do I participate? I want to know what I’ve invested in, want to understand the opportunities that lie within blockchain and all related projects with starting from the core…understand it first. I will probably not code anything outside of the course, but I want to learn and understand. To me, blockchain/decentralisation is the next big thing (besides IoT/AI) and reminds me to the ‘revolution’ in the old days (yes I’m a bit older ) when that new thing ‘client’ - ‘server’ was mainstream and windows 3.1 was the coolest (mainstream) thing besides struggling apple… I also believe that blockchain/decentralisation has a great future, similar to the field I’m working in for over 20 years: Analytics (Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Big Data etc.).

I ve get involved in the cryptocurency for more then 10 months now. Have invest on December . Got know Ivan since a while and I liked his channel and I thank you for making this community.
I do not want to miss the train. So I decided to learn programming in this field.
Still I do not have any ideas about what I will do with it in the near future, but maybe when I will read all the introductions of the members, I will get some ideas.
